Tips for when you can't stand food anymore
I'm in the middle of my fourth week of my very first cycle (500 mg test e) and I can't stand food anymore. This is fairly recent in about the last week or so. I started Aromasin 12.5mg ED the beginning of week three and HCG 500 uis the beginning of this week. I can't stand the sight or thought of food anymore. What do you do when you hit this wall? I know there are things you can take or inject that will increase appetite, but I'm overseas so anything I order online would take two to three weeks to get here. Fortunately I don't mind protein shakes. I also have high calorie weight gainers, but they're so thick the thought of them makes me want to puke. Will I be okay if I drunk several protein shakes per day until my appetite reappears? It feels weird feeling drained but not hungry. Is what I'm going through a common thing? The good news is I've only lost two pounds after bulking from 194 to 220.

Thanks for the tips. I'm in Afghanistan so Mom's cooking is unfortunately out of the question. That's part of the problem. I am so sick of the same food all the time. I ate a bunch of ice cream and yogurt today and the sugar crash made me crave more. Maybe I just haven't been getting enough sweets.
I had leveled out at 205ish before I started the 500mg. I then went up 15 pounds. 205 was the most I had ever weighed.
The problem with my Aromasin is that it's 25mg capsules. It's hard enough halving them, let alone splitting the powder into evenly divided quarters. I learned my lesson. Next time no 25mg capsules.
Diet pop makes sense. I remember way back when I first got into fitness and read about how diet pop can make you more fat than regular pop. If I remember right, when you drink diet your brain is tricked into thinking it's getting sugar due to the sweet taste. The brain then sends signals to start digesting, but there's no calories or sugar in the diet pop to digest so your body looks elsewhere and starts digesting the sugars in your blood stream. This leads to low blood sugar levels and a feeling of lethargy. This leads to carb cravings and the need to eat. That's how I remember it, and it makes sense to me.

Take a walk , do some yard work or something for like 15-20 minutes. You'll be hungry after
12.5 mg of aromasin ed is too much for me. Especially on 500 mg test e weekly. I use half that daily so 6.25. Im not completely sure if having low estro would cause loss of appetite but its possible. Have you ran bloods? Do your joints ache and feel dried out?
I always lose my appetite when coming out the gym. I mean you have to consume something or your muscles will not be thanking you. I say also to try smaller portions every 90 minutes. Stay hydrated as well. How much weight you put on since starting your 500mg? How was your appetite beforehand? You don't won't to overkill the shakes as I read that's bad for you , you need actual food, research that. He'll buy a pizza eat a slice, 30 minutes later eat another with 4oz protein shake. Go over to your Mom's when she's cooking if possible, I bet that will make you want a plate. Just be patient and get creative with your food interests
Only thing I can suggest is to eat more caloricly dense foods or try to add in some nut butters or olive oils or something to your meals. Good luck
waltrtry eating really small meals, just a couple bites, like 4 oz of protein or something and some carbs...
I use diet soda everytime when I lose appetite. It works pretty well and very cheap.
