Female in need to guidance with supplementing!
Hey I'm looking to buy some products off your sight but, am in need of some honest guidance. I'm 30 years old, married with a 6 month old son. I've always been an active person pretty much my entire life and I thought I was on top of keeping healthy. Well, long story short I am tired of wasting money on these "so called supplements" and not getting the results I so desperately want to have. I work out from home due to being a wife of an active duty military husband who's always away training or in the field. I am very disciplined in the kitchen and eat a clean diet. Right now I'm eating no carbs and dairy free. I am really interested in trying Winni. I've done a lot of reading and looking at the pro's and con's of taking it but, would like to know maybe if that's the right thing I should try or is there something else out there better suited for me. I currently weight 220 lbs and am 5'11". I know that I have a lot of weight to loose but, I'm a big girl in general. I don't want to be stick skinny but, just fit. About 3 months before finding out I was pregnant with our first child I had lost 70 lbs in about 6 months (got down to 160 and felt AMAZING) while my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. But, after having or son it seems to be that no matter how hard I push myself I can't get any results. I have even thought of going to have surgery to help me do so. I have the discipline and stride to want to reach my goals and I'm not looking for a quick fix. I know it's a life change and I will continue to keep on the right path. I would love to her from females or men that work with training females because guys let's be real what I need to take isn't what you need to take. I'm not looking to be some fitness model or bodybuilder I am looking to become healthy have a lean body with one day having abs!

IMHO zero carbs is not helping you at this point. Could you tell us more precisely what you're eating? Macro break down? We really need more information about your diet, training, etc to be able to help. I do all the training/diet for my fiance who competes in bikini. Feel free to send a FR if I might be able to help or at least answer some questions.
Your hormones are still all wacky from the baby. Give yourself a break it's only been 6 months
In a few months you'll start to see some results. My hormones always seemed to level out around 9 months after, then boom weights falls off (assuming you're sleeping well too).
Enjoy the baby, eat right, and stay active, I wouldn't worry too much about the rest until you are closer to your goal weight. I wish I could turn back time and spend more time enjoying my littles and less time beating myself up over baby weight. I feel your pain.
I d like to know exactly what it is you are eating..
how you are training
what you done that's worked
and what you've done that isn't working
RustyhookerThis might get more views from women that are great at helping. Edit....ladies lounge....save.
