About to start PCT - Everything look okay?
Okay I just want to make sure I have the best PCT possible. Firstly here's my current stats.
Age 23
Height 5,11
Weight 204lbs
Bf %12
And here is the cycle I ran:
1-4 testosterone propionate 150eod
1-12 testosterone enanthate 600/split
13-14 testosterone propionate taper....150.....100 eod
1-14 provi 25Mg/day
5-10 75mg Anavar ED
This is my PCT that some users around here planned for me
PCT.....
Clomid 100....100....50...50
nolva 20....20...10...10
Aromasin 6.25 ED
Ostarine 12.5mg ED
I'm also going to run the Ostarine for a further 6 weeks at 25mg ed after pct as a bridge. This is okay? I did it before and kept hold of most gains. When's the best time to get bloods done?
Also this was a clean bulk cycle, now I wana get really lean for the summer, but I'm afraid that if I start eating less calories whilst I'm coming off cycle, the gains will fly away? What do you guys think?
Thanks

My recommendation would be to keep the calories high. Your body is going to need them to recover. This is a difficult time for your body it needs all the help it can get. I would wait at least three months before cutting.
My recommendation for PCT would be the following:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/10
Definitely drop the Ostarine and AI.
After your PCT is finished wait eight weeks to get blood work done to see if you are recovered.
BillLumberghdrop ostarine.. more suppressive than people think..
No offense, I looked at all your cycles, I looked through your posts, of all the test you put in your system since becoming an adult, how come you are not very muscular and huge? I mean you should be but i see a skinny guy. something is wrong and I am so surprised you havent asked yourself why. all that test is not helping you so maybe you should rethink your goals. Stay off the gear until you get your diet in
check. At 23 you should be pretty massive especially since you have been fkn cruising for the past year or more.
bridge means you stay on cycle and not come off. That sounds like what your plan is. Rethink what you are doing. I would tear you a new asshole but my cold medicine makes me nice n relaxed.
I'm not familiar with ostarine. Like that cycle tho. Pct looks good bro. One tweak I would make would be the AI. But let me ask: what was your AI like during the cycle?
it is a new experimental sarm that is out. in small doses supposedly acts like test but isnt. its bullshit because it still shuts you down here is a writeup on it. I was looking into it but will wait until more tests have been done.

Here is another post of someone who did that shit and was shut down
https://www.muscle-research.com/showthread.php?2817-Ostarine-cycle-review-(It-was-suppressive)
here is science behind kt that shows it STILL shuts you down
http://www.ergo-log.com/enobosarmtrial.html
so the op is fkn not coming off cycle and replacing injections with an oral.
Thanks for posting that. I read the link with the facts and blood results. The suppression is so little that it's not even worth worrying about. FSH and LH dropped less than 1 point combined. Test didn't really drop that much compared to placebo group. IMO it's not counter productive.
Definitely doesn't "shut you down". A shutdown would mean the pituitary is no longer sending signals to produce in the testis. These signals are sent via the gonadal hormones (LH and FSH). As long as they're still functioning, the axis is live bro.
Look at the muscle-reseach link he posted. The guys test levels were almost totally shut down. Scored 3 with the lowest score being an 8 in the range of the test. Thats terrible. He had to go seek medical help. The last link showed ~10% suppression at only 3mg a day, the OP is talking about a dose over 8x that in pct. It's the OP's choice to cruise or not, but there should be no mistaking it. He is not coming off. In my opinion it's just asking for trouble.
I have a hard time believing everything posted on a body building site. Especially when we are constantly coming across guys here that don't time pct properly and can't figure out why their levels are low, etc. how do we know these guys are painting an accurate picture? Whereas the study in the last link has control groups being observed and tested. I tend to rely more on those studies than a random post on a bodybuilding site.
if you read more on the tests; 25mg a week for 8 weeks shuts you down. I have a slightly hard time as well believing some of the other bodybuilding sites but the research one, that one kind of hit home. And comparing all those notes; looking at all this op's posts and how much gear he has been using for how long; why is he not a very big guy? is this another poster child for "all the gear in the world will not help you get big?"
