6ft tall 200lbs 15% bf
3 prior cycles and experience with prohormones and peptides
I got a cruise to go on in march so im looking to drop some bf. Planning on doing:
Weeks 1-12 test-e 600mg
Week3-12 adex .5eod( to keep water retention down)
Week9-12 win tabs 50mg ed
Pct: nolva clomid
50/50/25/25-50/50/50/50
3g daa
I can only pin twice a week thats why im doing enth instead of prop
Diet is going to be clean as fuck just finished a juice cleanse gonna be eatting 2200 cals protein/carbs/fats 55/30/15 carbs are gonna be all vegtables very minimal grains

ive done research and ive been on the board for awhile i did the other cycles prior to being 20 and i realise how stupid it was and what i was doing to my body. So i deleted my account and decided to wait a few years to figure out what cycle i wanted to do. Im not doing this cycle just because im going on a cruise but its another morivation. I didnt come here to get harrassed i came here to see what peeople thought about my proposed cycle and what there experiences were. How bout the next time you flames somebody you ask some questions. If this was my first post on a fourum i wouldve just bounced and did what i wanted without direction. And what because im 24 im not allowed to do AAS? oh im sorry my birthday is around the corner and ill be 25 in less then a month sorry i didnt realised i didnt hit that magical age for AAS. I dont get why people come on ere and just talk shit why dont you mentoor the people who dont know rather then flame them. And btw ive talked to plenty of people and most people are suprised by my awareness of what aas does to your body and ive helped buddy's at the gym who started there first cycle on tren with no pct so im doin qualifying myself. We are giving you our advice, because that's what you asked for. And our advice was to wait a little longer until you truly know the ramifications of what you do to your body before you had a chance to let nature finish the 1st stage. Basically you are telling your body "hey, stop growing right now, we are seeing plenty of testosterone so stop producing it." And at an earlier age in life your body might not start back up again. It has happened and each person is unique; so because johnny thunder didn't shut down forever doesn't mean jack fire won't. Just think about what you are doing and instead of getting pissed off use your head not your anger.

Then i looked into aas and pct my next cycle got cut short because i went to rehab for a heroin addiction and the third cycle got cut short because i got caught by my father it was that point i really syarted trolling the forums and researching every thing i could. First being diet and nutriotion. And yes i know im fat i got in a car accident and was able to lift so my diet went to shit and i got soft soive been back at the gym for a little over a month got my bf from 17% to 15% now im trying to drop it even more without loosing anymore muscle from diet

I guess sometimes my damn opinion is so much different then other peoples! sometimes I think there is something fucking wrong with me. You know I train for special events, I make my cycles around weather, work, birthdays, my buddy's wedding, what ever the fuck I want to. I had a birthday a few months back and I designed a cycle and trained my ass off for 5 minutes at a podium to collect a sobriety chip. I really truely dont understand whats wrong with training for a spring vacation or a cruise!...And another thing, people always talk about this is a lifestyle, and sure it can be depending upon what you want, but ive been living this lifestlye for some time now and im getting kinda tired of it, actually ive been considering, doing a cycle once in a blue moon for something like a cruise that might be coming up. Sure I understand hes only 24, hes also gonna do it whether you like it or not. The guy brought a good cycle to the table and he even listed his proposed diet.....SO to the OP, im not gonna spoon feed you due to your age, but I will say this, cycle looks good, research winstrol and BF% to see if by week 9 you are ready, recheck your clomid doses for first 2 weeks, enjoy your cruise!

I'm relaxed. Went to the gym for my Saturday night. Leg day. Well, I just haven't been a member of this forum for years and gotten to watch it continuously grow and change and evolve and change and evolve over again as all such things do. My knowledge is limited to how steroids and peptides and nutritional programs and training routines are used in bodybuilding whether the athlete is competitive or not. What an acceptable question and answer is is the purview of the MODs. They are the leadership team and they run the site. I do not aspire to do their job. I am seeing a lot of escalating steroid abuse at the gym where I train clients and the gym where I train myself over the last 6 months or so and it is making me hypersensitive to some of the strange posts that seem to be drifting in here as of late.
Anonwell if you want clarity i am not solely cycling for my cruise it was my comical approach. I've waited sometime to get into gear when i have wanted to again since i was 18 but decided that it would be a good idea to wait. So i did and having a cruise in march is just another motivation. Can i drop the bf% without gear of course i can i understand the importance of diet and nutrition and adding cardio to drop the fat. I also know the benefit of adding some gear to that.
Please understand that I understand that I just blew a gasket at your proposal about running gear for vacation. I didn't receive it in the way u intended it . My bad bro. The cycle layout u posted was fine. We have just had a string of young kids open up accounts and troll for advice and then we're getting more and more of these 140 lb soaking wet types expecting miracles and I try to read and post every night and I just snapped is all. It's almost like the new people have no concept of the gravity of pumping hormones into their bodies and the effects it can have on ones health can be devastating.

Id agree with noid here. I think most, including myself, are in this to better ourselves, responsibly. Rather it's for sports, physique, or general health. Nothing wrong with doing a cycle for a personal event, as long as you're doing it right. Helps keep yourself motivated and goals in mind. Just my thoughts.
I plan on starting my anger management classes again monday so I will let a little loose before then. 24 years old, 3 previous cycles. lose some weight because you have a cruise you are going on. Did a juice cleanse. WTF is a juice cleanse? Do you honestly think you are or were ready for AAS? You have a lot more research to do my young friend. How about not doing this cycle; going on your cruise; and think long and hard about what you want to accomplish in life. Stick around this board and learn everything you can. Come back in a year or 2 with a better idea and then ask us for your help. I promise you then I will be more then ready and willing to give you some good and practical advice; so will everyone else. There is a good reason why younger people under 25 should not be doing AAS. Do some research and find out why; hopefully it scares some sense into you.
