Non Sterile Filter unit Question

If i used a Non Sterile bottletop filter and poured mixed Hormone/BA/BB/Oil into it
wouldnt that be the same thing as pouring it into a Sterile bottletop filter?
Cauz once non sterile oil touches it, it becomes non sterile no ?
