TNE Question

So I am curious about TNE. I am currently in my "off time" and my strength is slowly slipping. My bench went from 375 for 8 to 375 for 4-5. My endurance is down and I get tired quicker. I miss my gear :(. I was wondering would I hurt myself by adding some TNE to my pre work out? Obvi take an AI on says when I do TNE but would taking TNE 1-2x per week hurt my recovery or anything. This may sound dumb but I am curious.
PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME I WILL DO IT EITHER WAY, I WOULD LIKE HONEST OPINIONS/EXPERIENCES/THOUGHTS. I CARE ABOUT MY BODY SO I WILL LISTEN TO YOU

using it OFF cycle is not advised, unless blast and cruising, TNE can and will shut you down, even if for only a few hours half life and peak, the exogenous hormones still flood receptors and your body will shut down natty levels. That type of peaks and valleys is no bueno for a human body

TNE's half life is very short ! I use it year round. However this is just me. I also know guys who bump it 3-4 times a day, and guys that use it as the base of there cycles. But that's a different story !!
and how do you run your AI with TNE only?
you use it off cycle though or are you trt/cruising
