+ 1 Think i'm ready for my first Cycle ?
Right so I've been lifting for 3 years in April & think I'm ready to try a cycle, i have researched for a over a year, in fact i posted last January 2013 thinking i was ready, I wasn't and was told by some people on here to go and sort my diet out and i was apparently too young then, anyway I've sorted my diet its not all clean but I'm gaining around 1lb a week and eating 3500 calories a day without fail with 200g+ of protein, My training is good and has been now for 2 years doing a 3 day split training 6 days a week with a day off in-between
My stats -
175lbs
5'10
around 11 - 12%
Age 22 nearly 23
Would like someone experienced with their thoughts.
The cycle i would be doing is Test E and maybe anavar at the end to cut down & obviously PCT etc..., My goal is 190lbs at 8-10%.
Thanks.

I need to jump on the gear too...... i fkn hate being a mere mortal lol
Hows about you increase your daily calories by 2000 then come back and report the fkn amazing gains you got ??
Please explain your theory behind this BS...... Cut down what????????
BertStareClearly didn't read my post
And 2k more ?
BRB gaining shit load of fat for no reason what so ever
That is true only if you are 2000 cal above your TDEE. Have you ever considered that you might be 1500 cal below your TDEE in your current situation. You can only get so big on the amount of food that you eat, if you want to get bigger you have to proportionately increase your food intake. My recommendation is 500 cal over TDEE.
And as far as Var knocking off the pounds that's all a bunch of nonsense. It's all about diet. Now don't get me wrong it will help accelerate the process but it will not do it for you.
Really!.. is that what you think will happen
You will only gain "a shit load of fat" if your macros are fucked up!... judging from your current protein intake and the sticking point you are at clearly means something is out of whack on that score.
You also did not answer the reason for using var at the end of cycle..... realise you are not talking to some prick that just fell out of a fkn tree here.. so i would appreciate some sensible theoretical answer instead of a "shit load" of attitude.
BertStareI know its what will happen and its called the "Dreamer Bulk", i did it in my first year and gain an unnecessary amount of fat, I'd eat that much on the sauce but not as a natty.
And var is to lose the bf, cause i will end up gaining fat while on Test, its not all gonna be lean muscle tbh
+1 for being patient and listening thus far.
Even at 23 your natural test levels are probably higher than some of the unnatural level of some trt patients. I'd recommend anyone under 24 shouldn't be thinking about it yet, and even then just start researching. personally I think it's just a bad idea to mess with hormones until the body's natural production levels off or even starts dropping, which usually starts around 30ish.
You should be taking in your body weight x2 = protein in grams, which in your case would be 350 grams. I'm no nutrition expert and my diet has always sucked, there are plenty of guys on here who can help you with that. Get your macros up and you will gain naturally. Work with the guys here on your diet for another year, then this time next year when you see yourself getting huge you can start buying and hoarding gear!
valhallas bestpost some pics broseidon
What do you want to cycle for?
BertStareReach my goal faster cause i doubt ill be able to get there natty anyway
You don't think you can get to 190lbs natty? Why not? You said you were gaining 1lb per week?
If at 5-10 you can't get to 190lbs, then you might get there with AAS, but you won't hold onto it unless you address why. Is that diet, training or are you just being impatient? (Be honest!)
BertStareI can get there but i don't believe i can get to 8% and hold it & even if i did it would take years longer
And yeah im impatient who isn't ?
