Always replies to emails within around a 24 hour period.satisfied with communication however it could be improved. Besides this everything else is about as good as it gets.
very very discrete. I dont see customs picking up on this anytime soon and i live in aus. I am very confident ordering from ARL. I constsntly get frustrated when opening up ARLs packs lol.

+ 7phil113kgWho really reads these things, I don't know. But let me tell you that I've tried most of the top sources found on this site and ARL is by far the best I've ever used hands down. I just made that switch several weeks ago due to curiosity and it paid off. This is a no bullshit review!!!!!
I ordered anadrol in injection, dianabol as well, their test/tren/bold blend, test/bold blend, boldenon, tren acetate. Hell it's in the pic if you want to know.
Now when it comes to this segment they don't rank that high in my standings but they will get back to you within reason.
Now this is where they also shine above the rest. No shit!!! When I got the pack and tried to open it I thought "shit" this is amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that not a whiff of it can be detected. No bullshit hurry up wrapping but a well thought out professionally done process.
This is the first time I used ARL and I wish i had earlier to compare it with. But I am beyond satisfied so if they can keep their quality like this then they have my business.

Had some of ARL deca and npp from awhile back. I am currently on the NPP and it is working great. My joints are like new. holding some good weight with minimal bloat.

I have ordered once again on October, 2, since my first order almost a year ago when I only got half of my order. ARL re-opened last July, when they notified me by mail. When I explained that I did not get half of my original order, they shipped the missing vails.
Although their service (especially following up email) has been quite bad in the past, the quality of the goods is exceptional! So I decided to give it another go, and ordered a blend of Test/Tren/Bold/Mast, 600mg/ml. The order was shipped October 11 and I had it delivered today.
Packaging is as it was before, very well sealed and in perfect condition. I took the first shot just now. Although not yet clear what to expect, I have no doubt that the quality is extremely good.

Customer service is not so fast as I wished and as it should be but it is acceptable. I had been using Arl for years before they shut down and I was always satisfied. Product quality was excellent at a resonable price. They responded to my emails by 48h and shipped my items 5 business days after they picked money up. Delivery time is resonable as they ship from Eu and I live in Eu so no customs clearance problem and it means a lot to me.
I am very happy Arl is back...hope they are here to stay long.

It takes them around 2 weeks to reply on one e-mail and sometimes they dont even reply.After they received my payment it took them 2 months start shipping the products ands ending me a tracking number

Old IronBefore writing this post I had one deleted do to including too much information, I understand that but the issues were significant. Order was completed and concentration was fine, delivery time = 6 months, average time to respond to service issues =10 emails, quality of product poor, BA concentration debilitating, two IM infections, and no it was not do to application of pin.

I have ordered some gear from arl about 45 ago. I received no response for a long time, then I got one apologizing and saying they would give me some extra gear. Weeks have gone by and I still have not received anything and they will not respond back to me when I ask for an eta. At this point I am feeling like they beat me and I could not recommend them to anyone in the future. If they do end up coming through and have a reason on why they are late, then I will recant my review.
I have ordered late November '12. Getting a reply to email conversation takes a long time of you get one. Only last week I received half of my original order, with tren missing. still poor service, hardly any mail reply. Disappointing.

+ 1Have ordered a quite a few times from these guys over the last year, the gear has always come through in good time and is always well packed.
Recently I finished a cycle of there test prop at 2ml eod after 3 months off.
The cycle ran for just over 8 weeks and the only other compound included was dbol (not arl) at 30mgs per day for the first 4 weeks.
I made some decent muscle and strength gains on this cycle, but nowhere near what I would usually expect from 200mg eod - considering the other positive reviews on arl tet prop and my own past experience i am willing to put this down to a bad batch.
Injections were easy with minimal pip, the eo based gear flows nicely, never had to use anything larger than a 25 gauge, even tried with some 27 gauge pins and it still flowed through without any trouble.
I have ordered from them a minimum of 15 times over the last year, the products I have personally tried are tren enan, test prop, pro test, dbol test enan and npp. All of these products seem to be as potent if not more so than other legit UG sources I have tried. The last 2 orders have been problematic. My previous order took 2 months with a lot of bullshit excuses why it hadn't shipped yet. This time around its been a month and they aren't returning me emails, these guys have always come through for me in the past but they always kept me in the loop. They are blatently not returning my emails, I would not recommend these guys until they get there shit together, if they get there shit together. I did finally recieve an email from these guys explaining their situation and telling me my order would be shipped by last Saturday, I still haven't recieved a tracking # or confirmation of shipment and the email I sent them asking about this still hasn't been answered.

Hi made 5 orders before without any trouble,but I made my last on Nov.21st and I have not response from them.After payment they told me " allow 5 days for tracking.." like other times,but now are 12 days from that and they hadnt response anymore.So,I only can to wait,if not they will be named themselves Thieves and Scammers.If I recive my order,I´ll change my review.Thanks

And in'utile to mention the quality of the product, if I had 13 orders with them there is a reason.
