It is very easy to be passionate and maybe even fall in love with a source. You place your order and you received your gear in amazing speed. At this point you want to reward the source with a great review. After all you did not get ripped off. After using it for a while you start to notice a few signs that it is working. So you think to yourself that it is time. I can give my awesome source that I found all by myself the review it deserves. When you leave a review you need to explain results.
When starting a compound you need to take a note of your weight, strength, sex drive, the way you feel, and the way you look. Then you run the compound watching how these things change. After you run the compound through a complete cycle and you can give good info on the quality it is time to write a review.
In the review you need to go into detail of what the compound did or fail to do. If your bench went up 30 pounds in 12 weeks write it in review. If you arm grew ½ inch write it down. If you gained weight write it down. The source and community deserve a well thought out and informative review. The review is what Eroids is all about. When we write incomplete reviews we are in turn disrespecting the source, our selves, and the Eroids creator.
You have not received your package in the T/A time. You are pissed and you want to tell the world that this source that you found on your own is scamming the world. Wait it’s time to calm down. Think about things. Read the source page and see if the source is open about a problem it is having. Look at the calendar. Recount the days and make sure the T/A is up. Most sources say the T/A in business days. These are Monday thru Friday not counting holidays. A holiday can be any holiday. Did you order a product that the source does not carry in stock and they are doing a “preorder”? If so the T/A time posted does not count on this product. Is the product coming from overseas and has to make its way through customs? If so there is a ton of things out of the sources control that can happen. When ordering these items you need to accept the fact you could have to wait a long time for them. If you feel these items are taking far too long then it might be time to PM the source and ask them what is going on. When communicating with a source ONE PRIVATE MESSAGE is enough. It can take few days for a source to get to a pm. They get a ton of messages so get to the point and wait patiently.
You received your product and it is bad for one reason or another (crashed, stopper bad, bad crimp etc…... You should check the source page. Maybe the source has said we have had a problem and I am going to fix it. PM the source letting them know the problem ONE PRIVATE MESSAGE is enough. All of this should be included in the review after you run the product. It is a part of customer service and some find it very important. Make sure you give ample time for the source to fix the problem before placing the review.
This is the most important one. Your gear sucks. You had no gains. You are pissed. You spent whole cycle wasting away instead of growing into a god like you expected. You want to go slam the source. They screwed you and you want the world to know. Wait! Calm down and ask yourself a few questions. What did your blood work look like? How was your diet? Did you run a correct cycle (not the cycle the guy at the gym told you)? If so flame away. Let the world know how the compounds reacted. If you do not know your blood levels, how to eat, or how to run a cycle then how the hell can you leave a review?

Communication & Support
If you had to contact the source let us know how it went. Was the source rude? Did they fix your problem? We do not care how many times they called you bro or they seemed nice. We want to know if they handled the problem well. Remember that a lot of people are going to get pissed off if you spam your questions over and over. ONE PRIVATE MESSAGE should be all it takes in most cases. You should wait a few days before sending again.
Comment on supplier's T/A and packaging (careful not to disclose sensitive info):
All this is asking is if you received your products in a timely manner and packing was safe and discrete. Packaging method and shipping method should not be discussed. If the product was badly package where it could have possible broke in the mail then that is a problem. If the package came with a big bumper sticker that said steroids or any other sign that would be obvious to LE let us know. A simple packaging was very poor and gave away enclosed items. If vials break in transit it could give reason to inspect product. Packaging is very important but keeping the method of packaging and shipping secret as well. Be very careful how you word your response here.
IF YOU NEED TO SAY ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT ENVOLVE A REVIEW THEN POST IT ON THE SOURCE’S PAGE. DO NOT REPLY TO A REVIEW UNLESS IT IS YOURS. While on the review page you can get to the sources page by clicking the ASK & DISCUSS button.Remember you need to put effort into every review. Take the time to provide detailed info that helps other members to make a choice on sources they will buy from. I believe if everyone can follow this guide then this site will improve.
