I refrigerated my liquid nolva for a month an have some questions

Okay I just read to store liquid tamoxifen citrate at room temperature. I've had it in my fridge for about a month an it's settled to the bottom. Is it still usable and can I just warm it up under hot water to make the suspension equal? Thanks

Heat it up and shake the shit out of it. It will be fine
just shake it up. mine settles from sitting.
