Multivitamins are a scam finally proven!

ad

hey bros, i never really believed in supplements ,now even the medical journal is saying its bunk. check out this article i stumble upon..http://www.cnn.com/2013/12/16/health/multivitamins-studies/index.html?hp...
save your money for the real deal! supplements = Bull crap (expect for protein, bcaas and such)

That study was performed by a Annals of Internal medicine a pro pharma publication which is nearly fully funded by pharmaceuticals....

its funny how supplements are scrutinized and demonized yet phara drugs get approved by the criminal FDA and are not subject to the same scrutiny as big pharma drugs.

i agree products like Centrum are shit, its like anything else you gotta learn to discern what is shit and what is not.....when our criminal government bans all GMO's from our food, Heavy metals and flouride from our water, geo engineering from our air, then maybe ill even half listen to one of their erroneous funded agenda promoting bullshit studies.

Your first mistake is watching CNN

The interview was a fluff piece. I don't know anyone who takes vitamins to prevent heart attacks and chronic illness. As a supplement to get the proper doses your diet may not provide they have proven to be beneficial.

we are to agree to disagree. multivitamins dont work unless you have a deficiency but, if you eat a healthy diet including fruits a veggies, there is no benefits . and if you eat like shit it wont prevent any disease , so it has to be a waste!

I read it the same way as Buddah. I've never heard anyone claim that taking a multivitamin would prevent cancer or heart attacks. That's a high standard to deem something as bunk or effective. I would love to see the test groups. Probably people who handle hazardous waste daily or dudes smoking 5 packs of grits eating double doubles 3 times a day. My first take was the studies had Big Pharma written all over it. Its cutthroat out there. Last thing a global pharma company wants is people staying healthy off 5 dollar vitimains they got at Walmart. Now are they totally effective? Probably not. My elemantry understanding leads me to believe allot is passed through the body and not put to use. Still, saying they're bunk cause they can't prevent cancer is a stretch.
