Its NOT a magic shot thats takes care of everything !!

Ok, Iv been all over eroids for the last 3 months, reading posts, checking out sources, and looking at everyone's selfies,. One thing that has struck me hard, was I would be reading some of these posts or discussions , or sometimes bashings, and I would click on the pic of this guy, or gal and Id be like WTF ? This guy giving out this info who supposedly has 5 years plus of cycling under his belt, and weighs a BUCK O 5 ! with no muscle !! GUYS GUYS GUYS, these are not magic shots or pills , you have got to do more than just take a shot, or even take a shot and workout. You have to have your diet dialed in , or its just a waste. I can look at most of your pics and tell you don't give a dam what you eat or drink for that matter and it shows. Your wasting your money. You have to know how many cals you need to eat a day, per your weight goal. You have to know more than , " ohh yea I just need to eat 1 gram of protein per body weight " You need to know what good carbs, bad carbs, when , what time to eat, how often. It may sound like its a massive science project but its really not, and once you figure out how much to eat and what to eat and drink , and not eat and drink, your body will react 10000 times better to your cycles.

Remember this isn't a bodybuilding site. That means there's lots of different body types and goals here. Therefore not everyone is trying to be 250lbs at 8%.

I happen to agree with your sentiment that there's a lot of people using gear that shouldn't be, but once you've been here a while you'll come to realise how diverse the community is. We talk about diet constantly, you know as well as I do some aren't as disciplined as they could/should be.

Beave... Genetic/ natural body type play a big role in overall look and those are things out of our control ... You have to give people more credit then you are... Just because they don't look like Adonis doesn't mean they aren't a wealth of info and productive Eroidians.. We all play the hand we are dealt and make the most of what we have.. Sit back, relax and learn.. Even from the scrawniest Eroids members.. They might teach you something new..

Amen Bro...a few things to remember...one any eroids member can be helpful regardless of rank or size...also eroids is not just a place for bodybuilders and power lifters...one of the mods posted a great piece the other day about how bodybuilders need to stop being overcritical of other member because people are here for stamina and trt hrt and soo many other things (if I can find it ill link it later unless someone beats me to it). Also eroids is a community Im a big guy a big big guy but a member who was bigger and cut a huge amount of fat is priceless to me more so then any big lifter...because I can and have learned so much from them about what diets work...please keep your mind open brother and realize that the same people youre questioning now may be great help later...also with all this said do your research and ask who you feel best to give YOU advice...good luck bro
