Eroids take on the best cycle to help maintain muscle and cut fat thorugh diet??

Hey everyone need some incite on my next cycle! And by the way I appreciate everyones help here on the forms. I know its not your job to run around critiquing peoples cycle but I personally do thank each and one of you for taking some time out of your day to help me.

16% Bodyfat Still HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!
This is 3rd Cycle
1st was test e(500mg) deca(400mg) with Tbol 1-4 Great results!!
2nd was test e(250mg) tren e(300mg) eq(750mg) Decent was a little disappointing with tren e tho :( I think it was way under dosed.

10 Week Cycle In and Out!

1-10 Test Prop 75mg eod
1-8 Tren Ace 200mg eod
1-8 Mast Prop 150mg eod
1-4 Tbol 50mgED
Ai:
Aromasin 12.5mg E3d
Prami .5mg Eod

PCT Week 10 Three Days after last Test P Shot

Low Cal High Protein 2 hours cardio aday. Shredding down the first few weeks may cut as much as possible the whole cycle then pct.

Is this a good cycle to run to cut weight down and shred up for the summer. I know its early but I wont start this cycle till about feb or a little after that.

Or would I be better just running a test prop cycle and cutting fat with clen and t3? And cut all the other bullshit out. This will be my first time with all short esters and my first time with mast.

hey chaz, don't do the t3. I wouldn't even bother with the tbol. test tren mast is more than enough, I would drop the ai dose to 6.25 e3d. prami good. make sure your pct is on point.

Bro, I think you're getting ahead of yourself on the number of compounds you're using at this point in your AAS use. You can cut on Test - the ester u use is just gonna determine you're pinning schedule. So my recommendation to you is that I like your last suggestion - plain Test. At 16% BF, diet and cardio are gonna be the main concerns - but you better make yourself the expert before you start using T3 - misuse of T3 can give you some thyroid complications so be very careful. I really think you can achieve your goals without it.

I have run Test/Tren/Mast on a CKD diet. It's a great cycle, but I think you could scale back and not keep adding compounds yet where you're at. If you're determined to do it, just say the word and the brethren including me will give some suggestions on dosing.

Mast will make you hard and vascular. That "hardening" look is characteristic of strong androgens like Mast but you are not going to notice it as much until your body fat comes down. I just want to say for the record, that I think that Tren is a little bit over the top since you are early on in your AAS use and generally we try to hit a variety of productive compounds before using things like Tren. But, since you have already cycled Tren and it looks like you want to try it with Mast - so I would go 75/100/100 Test Tren Mast EoD. You should do great. Focus on the diet - way more important than the gear for your goals. CKD will also help you avoid / lessen some Tren annoyances like night sweats. Smile You gotta man up for a ketogenic diet as well! I would even suggest you start out with straight keto before carb cycling. It will take about a full month for your body to switch over from glycolysis to ketosis. There will be a week to 10 days where u feel like utter crap, your strength will take a temporary nose dive but when you reemerge into full fat metabolism you will have enormous energy from your dietary fat and body fat. Plus, your face and skin are gonna look great in ketosis - you're gonna look healthier - no bloat whatsoever - hard to describe if you haven't done it before.

Thanks bro. I think we all are just trying to help each other and especially the new folks. It get's frustrating when u know u are speaking from the heart and they won't listen anyways. But, that 's what's so nice about the occasional troll post. You get to yell and jump up and down and get sarcastic - it's a nice release. So even the trolls can serve a good purpose. LOL

You got good gear IMO to cut and gain muscle (recomp). I'd look into HCG cuz tren will shut u down hard. Also 2 hours a day cardio seems very excessive. What kind of cardio is it? Hope not running... All that's gonna do is fry your knees. I know so many disgusting body people that just run. HIIT is where it's at! May also want to look into Clen cuz it's gonna be a bitch to breethe and do cardio on tren. Clen should open your bronchials a bit
