2nd cycle advise

So I did my first cycle of Test Sustenon 250mg twice a week and had great results. Monstar on eroids gave me great advice. Only problem with my first cycle was I didn't start feeling much until about my 7th week into it. The source that I previously ordered from has been banned from the site. Was wondering if I just had bunk gear or was under dosed. They had great review when I ordered from them and was on the top 5 and now have terrible reviews. Been about 7 months since my last cycle. Was wondering if I should do the same cycle for my second and up the dose. Would really like to stack with Tren or Deca. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.. thanks

Research provi in top part of forums. Ya might be suprised. No need to go heavy when you can do well on nice 500 dose.
Post up your goals. I ran 750mg/week of test c for my second cycle, but I didn't notice that big of a difference over 500mg/week. I'm making good gains off of 250mg/week right now.
I don't need to stack if its not recommended. That's why I was asking for advise if I should run another of the same cycle and up my dose or try something else. Thanks..

I would recommend staying away from 19-nors for a second cycle
