After placing an order and not receiving or hearing anything for a week, i thought the worst had happened and left a negative review. then seeing their post on which email address to contact them, within a minute i got a reply on why my order was delayed (which was due to them having server issues). the whole issue was resolved within minutes of contacting them and received my order the next day. they also through in a vial of Apollo super rip 450 for free!
