Hey brothers and sisters..... been gone for a bit handling some family issues, as most of you know my grandparents have been very ill.... I moved to there town awhile back to help out... I thought everything was better, but a few months later it took a turn for the worse.... I am now back here for good, My grandfather didnt pull through as docs had planned... I am here now to help my Gma and cousins. I know i havent been on here like i should, helping some of you like i use too, for that i am very sorry i didnt mean to leave anyone hanging. I am trying to get settled into my new role here, i honestly dont even really know what that is yet...I have been training harder then ever, its really the only thing i can do to keep my sanity. I have decided i will do whatever it takes to get on the stage and take my shit to the highest level i can, i am going to be doing some pretty intense cycles that i have gone over with some of my buddies who compete on a national level, implementing Insulin WILL happen just not right away..... Just wanted to say sorry for not being the member i should have. I am back and as always here to help and learn.... Some of you have helped me along the way just by being an ear to talk to, hope to grow my friendships on here....
