TNE vs suspension

hey i havnt used either i just wanted to get some opinions before i commit to one im sure there both good ive never done test i didnt like Smile

i always thought TNE was more common based in oil and susp in water?? i dont know.

i can say ive used TNE, need 100g (1cc most makes) and minimal hour before workout

I haven't had terrible pip from suspension..however, when you pin it hurts like hell. It's been about 20 years since I've used it. Good stuff. I have not tried TNE...but I will Smile

I can only comment on TNE and I absolutely love that shit as a pre workout.. for me I can feel it in full effect in about 35 min and it dosent take much 1cc @100mg also I like the water over the oil based TNE as well just my 2 cents
