Alright Gladiators Mount the Fuck Up!! If you've never run an EBC or if you never placed on an EBC let's see what you're made of. Who's got it in them to be great? Who has what it takes to separate themselves from the pack? Do you want that chance to shine? Well you fuckers got it!!

I'm in the process of rebooting the EBC. I want feedback from everyone. I know a few things must happen before we launch this. These new rules will be in effect along with past rules:
1)no more USA today mandatory stuff. Any paper with a date will be good enough.
2) age limit 21yrs minimum ( Childlike antics will no longer be tolerated)
3) if you are banned even for a temporary length at any time during the entry portion and up to the prize announcement you will be disqualified. There's too much money on the line to let douchebags be eligible.
4) If at any time a person steps out of line in questioning the EBCs integrity there will be no second chances. No favors and no love. You're gone. Period.
I will outline all rules on the Fall page for everyone prior to opening Pix. Just wanted these specific rules reiterated.
So I'm thinking I need some feedback on what type of EBC we wanna run. Recomp? Free for all? Let me hear your thoughts. Once we decide on a goal then I'll work in a start date.

It's easy 6-7 photos from head to toe, submitted at a specific deadline. Same 6-7 photos post ebc on that deadline. Easy peasy, the hard part is working out and eating! You have had phenomenal results thus far and with an ebc, it might push you to gain the body you have always wanted.

Thank you my friend you are one of the reason I feel like I'm ready to give it a go. I feel it will be a way to push myself to new levels nothing wrong with healthy competition to get you moving.
Im honored! Start with your goals and brainstorm. Then figure out your nutrition and workout regime. Determine which "super supplements", your going to use and possibly sponsorship. Get all your "super supplements" waayy ahead, so your not scrambling. Then you will have a great foundation and be a couple steps ahead of the game! Plan now, it's right around the corner and good luck!

I enjoyed this past fall bulker. Not to sure what the free for all entails but it sounds like fun. I remember one rule was past winners have to wait one EBC before entering again. Winners of last falls EBC will NOT be able to enter this coming falls ebc???
AnonFree for all basically means the contestant gets to choose his goal. Cutter recomp bulker. They have to set very specific goals and do their best to match up to them. Whoever meets their specific goals the best wins. Extremely hard to judge but we have done it in the past. But the leg work for establishing the scoring criteria is already there. The way Tread laid out the criteria is comprehensive and fair. We can do it but if you were to ask the past judges who scored that comp would probably tell you it wasn't easy.
To answer the rules question, yes unfortunately the past winners have to sit this one out. It sucks for this particular EBC because the last one was so far long ago.

AnonNo brother you did not compete the last EBC. My statement of Past Winners meant that the winners from the previous comp so in this case the 2013/2014 fall bulker cannot compete. You're in.

What what? CD is back hell yeah. Free for all would be ideal for the community participation. I was about to start my cycle in a couple weeks, but I may hold off for this EBC. When you kicking this off, august or September?
Free for all is the only way to re open the ebc...I think their will be more users willing to compete this go around. Then go back to the bulk/cut/recomp!!

AnonInteresting. How would we verify the BF? A single digit is nearly invisible. I'd trust maybe one or two people on the entire site to eyeball that.
well i guess. a judge should look to see if the lines of separation are just as hard in the afters. and if you finish bloated, then you screwed yourself. lol. judges will probably notice a jump in BF if the the tummy, thighs, and lower back look softer.
First off let me say I'm glad your back. You have way too much knowledge to be sitting in the shadows (that's my job and it seems a bit crowded sometimes). But whatever you decide I will watc h with great anticipation to see what it takes to win.
Im finishing up a cutter with black doug in the areana (something I got involved with since the ebc was no more) so my vote is dirty bulk! Glad your back carlos, so much to learn from your posts! I also love the posts of yours that have got bumped recently, om surprised as much time as I spend reading that ive never read a few of them.
AnonConsidering most folks are cutting right now, I would surmise that a bulker would be the way to go! I know that if it's a bulker I'm definitely doing it!!!
