im curious to know how this works anyone can fill me in?
Short version: When the EBC page posts you select enter, fill it in. Post your beginning pics with a USAToday. Then bust your ass for the next 10-12 weeks and try to make better improvements than everyone else. Post your final pics and wait to be judged. You usually have a chance at winning a couple grand in gear, and getting in the best shape you've been in with all the updates, drive, and motivation we all support you with! Good Luck!

Who's had success using tattoo cover up? And a lot of spray tan? Lol
BigBmajI did a photo shoot and made a short video once and they used cover up on my tattoos. It did work.
Completely off topic but I saw a laser on YouTube that was removing tattoos like an eraser, I couldn't believe it.
ive contemplated getting the laser but for right now its buy gear and plenty of food or the laser so you know what decision im making. i met with a girl at the tanning salon and she said she could do it so im good to go
Shits painful bro, Feels like hot bacon grease popping on it. It isnt exactly erasing it like the video shows. When it goes white as the laser pops on it is actually the skin blistering, the ink is still under there. It continues to break down over time and the ink filters out through the bloodstream. The procedure has to be repeated monthly till the tattoo is gone, usually a minimum of 6 months. Whats weird is you can't feel the laser until it hits an inked spot.

tattoo cover up and two coats of norvell blackout tanning solution, she said shes probably going to have to highlight the inked areas too to blend them...so it doesn't end up costing $150 each time im going to try to just use the coverup and blend it with self tanner for the beginning pics otherwise its going to cost more for tanning product than it is for gear for the ebc

Appreciate the idea brother but it doesnt work over the internet.... im a one on one trainer in real life and believe in tonnage for growth..... the intensity cannot be copied through a PM...... actions speak louder than words!... i could give a guy the ultimate bulking diet and regime.. if he chooses to lie in bed all day pulling fluff out of his foreskin theres nothing i can do about that..... he comes to the finals looking like a pile of shit!.. that makes me look bad and i cant have that.

Try upping your calories to maintenance for a week...I dropped mine too quickly, stalled, did this, dropped again and bam the abs start popping

I will give that a try Level up. I just recently cranked up the cardio. Been hitting between 420 and 459 calories in 20 minutes on one of them Cybex machines. Been doing that at least 6 days a week for the last month or so.

I would love to do this bro, but I'm in PCT now from the summer EBC and still have to wait a couple months. Got to do it correctly. Can't rush these things. We cheat nature as much as possible but can only take it so far.
