clen/albut/etc. at high bf%
ad
I have seen some posts on other forums advising against using such things as clen to reduce bf% if it is too high..
What do you say?
So if I'm 22-23% bf is it not smart to use clen?

Diet diet diet......at the quoted bf percent you can drop one percent a week in first four weeks and thereafter 0.5 per week easily without any clean etc.
Diet and training...and it'll fall off....
A percent a week? Damn that would be awesome! Maybe my diet isn't as solid as I'd like to think.
Bigpapajuicenot trying to flame you but you really need to dial in your diet and training before you start using anything. no I do not recommend you using clen till you understand how to properly diet to control BF% diet is key to everything from loosing weight to having a great cycle
No flame taken! I agree and I am well aware! Understanding how to diet isn't a problem. Currently I am dropping about 2lbs a week on a 500 calorie deficit and my macro's split at about 25/40/35
I am new to this forum but I have a decent understanding of most of this. (by no means an expert)
I have been training as a football player for over 10 years. Now that the days of pushing guys over are behind me I want to cut the body fat a wasn't so worried about at the time. And focus on bodybuilding.
That being said, is it a bad idea to use clen to cut body fat at a higher bf%?
Assuming my diet and training are where they should be.
I'm not looking for a magic pill but if we all didn't realize that we can benefit from chemical enhancement, (if properly implemented) this site wouldn't exist.
Whether you use clen, steroids or whatever make sure to invest in a blood pressure monitor and always get bloodwork.
