Hello everyone!
ad
I'm new here just thought I'd introduce myself!
I'm 26yrs
247lbs
About 24%bf
Been lifting for about 11 years but only in the last 4 or so have I started taking it seriously.
I have never used any aas. I'm currently working on getting my body fat down before I start a cycle.
I haven't been on this forum long but I am an active member on others and I'm always looking for more knowledge and experience. Look forward to being a part of the community

Welcome aboard, Homie! Lots to learn here! If you need anything let us know!:-)
Thanks bro! I've been researching on another forum for about a year! Going I can make some more friends here and get some good advice!
Welcome bro!
Mike1982Welcome my friend. You have hit the gold mine when it comes to expert knowledge. Take some time and read the rules of the forum and site when you get a chance. There are pros and vets here that can point you in the right direction for all of your needs pertaining to AAS. Good to have you brother.
Welcome! Whats your target BF%? Because when i started my cycle my bf was alittle higher than i would have liked it and it felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest! so its fairly important to have low bf when cycling
Out of curiosity what were you at when starting a cycle? And other than the heart pounding you mentioned did you have any other bad sides?
18% when i started, i ran TestE but also ran dbol, and the dbol was what made me slight lethargic, couldnt run very far, water rentention, the week i stopped dbol i lost 2lbs all water weight and now i look alot leaner with out the extra water rentetion the dbol gave me. So lethargy, water retention, higher BP and crazy heart syndrome
Yes I'm aware and I agree! Hell my target? Haha 3%!! No, but realistically I'd like to see around 10-12 before I start.
As low as possible really.. I'm not in too big of a hurry.
12% is great, heck thats what im aiming for after a few bulking cycles! At 12% you would be at a much greater advantage to having less side effects compared to cycling now, so keep it up man
and again welcome!
