I resurrected an old thread a while back just to get some advice as to how some members has opened glass ampules. Greg had the balls to the wall approach so i went with it (Aint Skeered) but damn its messy with all those little pieces of glass.

Muta said dont be a cheap bastard and buy an opener. I just havent done it yet. I'm going to give nitti's suggestion about the finger nail file on the next vial and see how it goes.

i have decided to run 400mg of primo a week, along with my beloved masteron and testosterone and after only 600mg I can tell the difference. My joints seem to feel better. I also recovered from my last training twice as fast. It used to take me days to recover from hard training but I healed up faster, went into the gym and was able to do my same routine with the same amount of weight twice as fast. Keeping my diet in check has been no problem.

I have been fortunate to try a lot of different compounds lately and for some reason I am having killer success with these new compounds. I've read that primo is weak and it takes a long run to see any benefits but just in a week and a half I've noticed a difference and york plates don't lie.
