Leg training after pin quads?

ad

Finned quads for the first time and about 6 hours later did a good leg workout. You guys feel it's beneficial in terms of pip to workout the muscle or leave it alone for a few days?

On my first cycle and doing my second pin tomorrow, which happens to be leg day. I'm not comfortable enough to pin myself in the glutes with a steady hand so I go for the quads. I will let you know how it turns out with leg day after pinning.

Pinning quads then doing a heavy leg day my not work out for everyone. But having done both methods there seems to be no difference. Pip was something that was almost crippling at times but now I use 3cc in the upper and lower quads with little to no pip. At this point I believe that after pinning time and time again there is not much to it. Pip that is. Leg day to me is one of the hardest training days so I can understand why someone would be hesitant to pin quads pre workout. I have found that quads or one of my favorite places to pin.

i agree. quads are very easy to pin, especially if you are lean enough to see the veins

i pin after training legs. pinning before actually hinders my workout. might be different for other people though

Just did the same thing this morning. My quads have been pretty pip-free, so that's not an issue. I did pin my glute on the weekend and went for a run. The next day I paid for it.
