How to increase Growth hormone through nightime fasting

ad

Hello , So I read that in order to increase GH at night you should not eat approx. 4 hours before bedtime. My question is can I get the same increase from eating 3 hours before bed or less? I know this is nit picking but I would like to know, since I am cutting.

There are many ways to increase natural HGH production. You can google it. There seems to be a consensus about low carb, high protein before bed.

However, individual reactions will vary.

I only hit a casein shake before bed, not sure if that counts as eating though, keeps the metabolism going thru the night. I hit the GH first thing in the morning after fasting all night then hold off for an hour before eating any carbs. I have been told its best not too have any blood sugar spikes immediately after taking GH, could lead to blood sugar problems?? I'm still experimenting myself with this but it all seams to make sense. Hope this helps?

Yes that won't matter. I eat 15 mins before bed. It's suppose to be a high protein low meal though
