Nutrient Partitioning while on AAS

ad

So it is widely agreed upon in the community that having a higher body fat means more of your extra calories turn into fat. Bulking when leaner is more efficient usage of surplus calories. I assume this is because higher body fat reduces test levels and increases estrogen production. Is this correct? All bro-science?

What about when you're on a cycle?

Is nutrient partitioning entirely hormonal?

Thanks Smile

So its a reversal of cause-effect, that is higher estrogen makes you fat. Thanks for clearing that up. So that being said, bulking at a higher body fat % will not make your gains 'leaner'? Its more about size of caloric surplus + amount of muscle breakdown + hormone profile correct?

Interesting! This begs the question: will reducing your estrogen levels automatically reduce your body fat without caloric deficit?

What about estrogenic fat storage? Is it possible to lose these special fat deposits without caloric deficit?

Thanks for your answers so far. So much bro-science out there.
