+ 1 Muscle pumps on Winstrol tabs 50mg

Sup Roiders,
1 week into 50mg ED of Winny tabs and I'm suffering CRAZY pumps that just won't let me run or do any cardio. It affects my workouts, I can't finish my sets because half way through it my muscles feel like they are going to explode!!!

Any suggestions? I have not experienced this with Winny before.

I have switched back to Anavar for my cut cycle.

But any advice for crippling muscle pumps would be good.

I hear taurine is a solution?

Anon is on point. With whin I usually just get sore joints, but if it's over dosed I sick back pumps and can't fucken workit! Taurine, pot,get the electrolytes up and keep them there I take mag every day as well, no issue's at all

Try running masteron at 600 mgs a week and winny at 100 mgs ed...I was a brick wall bro. It's all about the pump... bring it on!

No it's a 50mg soft tablet. I guess I could with some effort.

But looks like taurine, potassium, magnesium etc. listed below could be a solution. Hopefully there is a pre-work drink out there that solves this.

There's a workout drink made by a company called Skratch labs that is really good and would supply the potassium, calcium, magnesium in the correct amounts but you'd hafta add taurine to it. If its good enough for people in the Tour de France to use its plenty good for us.

It would be best if you could split up the 50mg dosage

Hey mate, I had this same issue. I couldn't do ANY cardio on cycle and when I lifted back, omg I felt like I was about to explode!! I tried to drink lots of water, get some potassium in you! Id isn't ever figure out how to get cardio back into my workouts until I got off, but for back I would just try to be patient. On back days I would take extra time off between sets, and try to let my back rest instead of cramping up! I hope this will help my friend! And also, back in my track days...I drank pickle juice on a regular basis to avoid cramps! Maybe that's the trick? Lol

Thanks. I'll start looking for something to drink pre-work that has all of this.
