BULK THE FUCK UP CYCLES

ad

Hey what's good my muscular people its been awhile since I been on here but I have learned somewhat something's on getting right and lean and achieved it. But winter is on its way and (and its time to BULK THE FUCK UP) this will be my 2nd cycle now and I'm willing to learn on how you guys (BULK THE FUCK UP)

Bulking starts at the dinner table friend. Probably the cheapest thing in the world to accomplish, run Test and eat lots of high quality macronutrients. Just make sure when you're bulking you don't go over board as many tend to do (myself included). I would say that once you start to venture into the 12% range with your bodyfat, your body tends to put on fat more readily than muscle.

Cycle aside (which judging by the reaction it's only your second--stick with Test); nail your macros down. Get your bf% and figure your lean weight. So 205 at 12% leaves about 24.5 lbs of fat, 181 lean pounds. A maintenance caloric intake for a mildly active individual could be figured at roughly 15 calories per pound lean mass (2715 calories when accounting at 181lbs total lean). Factor in the training, physicality of your job if manual labor, etc and I would start your calories at 17 calories per lean pound (3077).

Now divide that into your macros. I say start at 40% protein. Protein provides 4 calories per gram (carbs are 4 also; fats are 9), so at 40% looking at roughly 307 grams (don't be a knob, round the number lol). Energy sources are fats and carbs. I do one high and the other low. Preferred energy source is tailored to the individual; poor insulin response would indicate to use fats, whereas you can slam carbs if your insulin is keeping blood sugar from peaking and remaining high for prolonged periods. Picking the right energy source will help ward off fat gain during a bulk.

Anyway, I do 2 week intervals at a cal count. I bump it up an extra 2 calories per pound of lean mass every 2 weeks. I measure the BF and go by the mirror. When I get to the point where I'm gaining fat or too much fat, I take the ladder back down with the cals. Kind of a cyclical approach to bulking nutrition. Long winded explanation but the diet will do you far greater than some exotic cycle with a shit diet. Sorry for the long read, if your interested in more dietary tips feel free to hit me up.

To all my muscular people I appreciate the knowledge and wisdom my forum is getting

Just to be clear, the guy below IS NOT RECCOMENDING THAT CYCLE FOR YOU, thats his next cycle and it would be absurd as a 2nd cycle.

The food you consume on cycle combined with your training and rest will dictate if you "bulk the fuck up" .

Assuming your first cycle was test only, why not run test with a dbol kicker. Simple and effective.

Thanks everybody

Why did you put this monster cycle on here? The op has only done one cycle...

To be blunt, you're lucky you haven't had any more down votes. If you're not recommending he run the cycle, why exactly are you posting "your next cycle" in the op's thread? I fail to see the relevance. Shall I post up the bulker I've just run too? Equally as irrelevant as what you've posted, no?

Just try thinking a bit before you engage with the op. I'm sure you're not intentionally misinforming, but this could end in tears with an AAS novice running something like this.

Not saying he shouldn't have posted that, but in fairness he answered the question. The question was how do you guys bulk up. Again, I realize it's misleading, but still, he didn't say this is what you should do, he answered the question as to what he does.

Totally agree mate, nicely put. Just not a question to answer in this instance when someone is planning their 2nd cycle.

Catalyst's picture

I do. Something I'm not going to write on an Internet forum mind you. I can only imagine what will happen if Viking casts his eye over this ;)

GRIMEY's picture

You mean 7 compounds is too much for a 2nd cycle? lol .....

I was going to keep quiet too.

I changed my mind :0

I agree with super.. I've learned my lesson. It's what you see in the mirror, not just the scale... I've had the scale go down since starting my cycle, but the mirror says otherwise... to bulk, it's easier than cutting. Chicken chicken fish fish lean steak fish chicken fish. Potatoes potatoes rice rice broccoli broccoli broccoli yogurt. 1 protein shake post workout, should be aftershock or afterglow if you got the money.

Eat a shit load of clean food and train hard if you cant do it off cycle you shouldnt cycle imo but hopefully you got that down already. For bulking i like longer cycles and long esters dont see the point in kickstarters so much. I feel the slow steady gains are the ones you will keep and even if its 1 pound a week or every 2weeks thats a lot of weight. This is just my opinion so dont light your flamethrowers everybody
