1st cycle should be test E or C @ 500-600mg pr week split in 2 injections(like Mondays and Thursdays) for 10-12 weeks. You need to research AI because you will want to use Aromasin or armidex while on cycle. You should stat PCT 2 weeks after last pin and run clomid for 4 weeks 1st week 100mg a day 2nd week 100mg a day 3rd week 50mg a day 4th week 50 mg a day. You need to run Nolvadex for 4 weeks 40mg a day 1st and 2nd week 20mg a day 3rd and 4th week. If you are going to start AAS this is the cycle you need to start with. Do not take my word for it do the research. If your research leads you in a different direction than the cycle I posted then you need to research some more.

All cycles contain Test. E and C only need to be injected 2 times a week. Gives muscles a break. As far as keeping lean frame just eat good. High protein.

yep do not forget about adex or aromasin. clomid and nolva do not start a cycle without everything in hand. Unless you want to lose all gains and grow nice tits. I would do blood work before cycle ,during cycle after pct. Blood work is so cheap I like to know what is going on.

both nolva and clomid. Aromasin nolva and clomid can either be a pill or a liquid you drink not injection. Do enough research and you will find a good source that has everything. When picking a source look at their reviews and their source page. There are a ton of sources and a lot of them sell bunch gear or do not deliver at all. So researching helps you not get screwed.

To pick a source you just need to research. You can look at peoples profile and look how they have rated labs they used,Go to sources review page, and the sources page. There are a ton of good labs on here. Just take your time and weed through the fan boy and troll shit. I click the source button and look at the top 10 and start researching there. Just because a source is in top 10 doesn't mean you will get screwed.This is not a 100% way to get good gear but it will give you the best odds.
