hey bros, i've been here for about a year but, never got around to introduce myself, my stats are 6'0 230lbs @ 9%..i've been training for 11 years, worked as a personal trainer but im currently employed in another field im glad i found this site. no more getting ripped off or having limited options.. this is awesome we are so lucky to have this going.. When i first joined i was 255 @ 15% went down to 220lbs @ 5% the best shape of my life,i was ripped to the bone ,veins everywhere amazing what your body can do with a little BOOST lol. now im bulking and hopefully i can out on some serious size...
