E2 levels high help

Hi guys
On trt nebido every 7 weeks
Works out 150 mg a week
Been running 100mg eod of test prop on top of that for 3 weeks and 50mg of winny ed
Every was going ok but but about week ago started feeling really tired not wanting to get out of bed etc.....
So when to get bloods
Estrogen levels came back at 365 in uk in USA guess works out 98 ish
So looks really fking high
Had a couple of drinks this sat gone and start to feel worse
Got results today ....
Got aromasin on hand what dose do think will bring this down ?
P.s last shot of test prop was today
So just on trt dose and 50 winny
Don't want to crash e2
U think 6.mg 3 x a week would be ok?

i have serious issues with my e2 getting high. i seem to convert fast and easily. when i was having a hell of a time getting mine under control, i skipped my ai for one day and got my bloods done. i dont remember the exact level but i was over 800. "INSANE HIGH" i got on masteron prop and it was good in 3 days. now i run the masteron every cycle. seems to be the only thing that keeps me under control on cycle. for PCT i run believe it or not, arimedix and aromasin. i ran up to 50mg a day of the aromasin and 1 mg a day of arimedix. seems like i got it all straight now. i will be doing my pct in 2 weeks, so hopefully i wont have to run my pct AI like that again. aromasin and arimidex are great for getting it low and doing it quick. everyone is different. oddly enough until this year ive never had estrogen issues like this, almost 20 years of cycles. another thing ive learned in converting quickly for me, is less is best. running 500mg of test e i convert like hell and my gains are no better than 300 and i dont seem to have any issues with e2 when im 300 or less of test. so the basis is the more you put in the more you convert.
AnonIts not that easy to crash your E2 , it certainly can bwe done, but get on your AI for 2-3 weeks and retest. I'd go 25mg ED for 3 or 4 days then 12.5 ED for 2 weeks then retest.
oh and 98 isnt crazy high, its high but I was right there too on my last blood test.

As stopes the test prop now my e levels should come on own but with ai will come down quickly how fast will they come down with aromasin?
Been reading and me e2 should be between 20 and 30 for males?
Anonyeah 20-30 is a good place to be, but some people actually feel better up in the 40's . You're going to have to monitor this every few weeks. Im not sure exactly how fast, but 2 or 3 weeks should be enough to know if your headed in the right direction. Then when you get close level that dose off a bit.
Also whats this conversion from British to US measurement ?

So mine was 365 in uk and 100 In USA

Do u think haven a drink 2 days before blood could of put them higher?
AnonI dont think drinking a couple of drinks did that. But back to this conversion thing. In the US we measure E2 by pg per ml , so if its grams and milliliter what is yours measured in thats getting converted ?

Got bloods here 342 pmol/l
Range male 0- 191
Mine is well out of range close to double
Took 25mg of aromasin today
Woke up felliing pretty shit , was sweating loads couple of hours after taken it
Guess that a sign of it working
Was thinking of doing 6 mg mon Wed and Friday as ran out of test prop now and just on trt dose and winny
Want to get it down as want to start my bulk cycle next month of test and equipoise
What seems to be a good aromasin dose for trt ?
Anonfirst of all take your AI before bed .
As far as on TRT , I take 12.5 E 3rd day of Asin or .5 EOD of Adex Ive used either.
But that might be a high dose for you, thats just a rough starting point.

So on aromasin u took 12.5 mg e3d so roughly 25 mg a week what's your test dose
So would 6 mg eod be ok as aromasin half life is very low want to try keep e2 stable
Only thing with my trt I am on nebido
1000mg shot every 7 weeks
It peaks about day 10 get a high t level then slowly drops off as weeks go on guess I will have to drop ai even lower until next injection
Would rather be on a weekly injection
But trt in uk is crap
Seeing doctor Thursday might try to push for a ai of him

Anoncruising I take 250mg a week of Test E , but I also throw in some HCG periodically . Often during an hcg run for that two weeks I might up my frequency to EOD . As far as stability goes, Ive found even switching brands can require me to adjust doseage. In fact Im about to go back and get my E2 checked again because as I said on my last check I was 96, and on another brand but the same dose I was 26
