Cialis for altitude performance enhancement?

ad

I'm one of the few that is normally healthy, but has a very bad time with altitude. I've tried the commonly prescribed medication but have read studies that it reduces performance my 25%. Not good. I've taken it in the past and had malaise from it.
I'm flying to 8,000 feet, from sea level tomorrow and have been trying to come up with a cocktail (sort of looks like a pun) so I don't collapse on the floor. I've been reading that Cialis and Viagra are sometimes prescribed for off label use for this reason. Makes sense.
The amount I've seen prescribed is 10mg Cialis, 2x day. Sounds like a lot to me, so I'm planning on trying the 9mg capsules I have, maybe one a day. I can't say they are genuine, but have a suspicion because I've tried them, even though I didn't really need them.
In addition I have increased my TRT from 100mg week to 150mg a week to increase RBC's. Taking eleuthro (sp - aka siberian ginsing), and doubled my CoQ10 dosage. I have a new script for adderall, and will be taking some of that to help with fatigue. I'm on low dose HGH, but won't be able to be using the week I am away.
Exercise won't be super intense, but a lot more difficult than simply climbing at that altitude.
Any other last minute suggestions?

Well, about to go again. The hit or miss on Cialis concerns me, off on a search for a good source.

The combo worked pretty good. Started on 9mg cialis on the flight. Had a headache the first day and eventually decided to go with 9mg cialis 2x day, and 15mg adderall. I think the adderall would be a bad idea for someone that tried to push too hard at higher altitudes, but I was at a safe altitude, and only working 3 hours a day.

Back at sea level and feeling pretty good after a good nights sleep!

With the experience i got from climbing some of the highest montain in the world, acclimatation (slowly increase altitude) is the best way to go, but since you don't have time those 2 compounds deserve a try

Yes, cialis or viagra will help but I'm not exactly clear on what you say reduces performance by 25%. What is the commonly prescribed medication you are referring to?

acetazolamide, should have posted that... sucks...

Yeah ditch that shit. Viagra and cialis have been shown to improve performance at altitude but not so much at sea level unless you have pulmonary hypertension
