Clen question

I just had a quick question about Clen and all its hype. Im just trying to understand a bit more of this item. I see many people saying its great for losing fat blah blah. But what is the difference between doing a say 500 deficit in calories losing 1 lb a week then to doing a 500 calorie deficit and doing Clen for 2 weeks

Person A: 500 deficit for two weeks, loses 2 lbs.

Person B: 500 deficit for two weeks + Clen for 2 weeks =?

Yeah I like to do my research about items before I proceed to get into it. Better safe then sorry your know. But was just curious on the differences. I guess its more or less a test it our yourself. Everyone could be different.
