I just had a quick question about Clen and all its hype. Im just trying to understand a bit more of this item. I see many people saying its great for losing fat blah blah. But what is the difference between doing a say 500 deficit in calories losing 1 lb a week then to doing a 500 calorie deficit and doing Clen for 2 weeks
Person A: 500 deficit for two weeks, loses 2 lbs.
Person B: 500 deficit for two weeks + Clen for 2 weeks =?

Yeah I like to do my research about items before I proceed to get into it. Better safe then sorry your know. But was just curious on the differences. I guess its more or less a test it our yourself. Everyone could be different.
waltrclen raises the heart rate and increases core temperature which can lead to an environment of greater caloric usage.
there's no real possible formula to calculate an answer for what you're asking though
note that i do not suggest you buy some clen and start cycling it without knowing more about it then you obviously do right now.
if you plan on taking it please research it more so you can be as safe as possible with your body. we don't get replacements in this life unfortunately =(
