I just had a quick question about Clen and all its hype. Im just trying to understand a bit more of this item. I see many people saying its great for losing fat blah blah. But what is the difference between doing a say 500 deficit in calories losing 1 lb a week then to doing a 500 calorie deficit and doing Clen for 2 weeks
Person A: 500 deficit for two weeks, loses 2 lbs.
Person B: 500 deficit for two weeks + Clen for 2 weeks =?

WithdrawlLet's look at it this way. It's said that clen raises your metabolism by about 10%, which is quite a bit. That's like an extra 300-350 calories burned a day (assuming the average bodybuilder has a base metabolism of 3000-3500 cals a day). One pound of fat is 3500 calories approximately. Every 10 days you'll lose an extra lb. Now there are other things to consider, such as clen causing more of your calories burned to be fat. But realistically, after all my clen usage, I don't think you're getting much more than an extra lb of fat (at the most) burned a week caused directly by the clen. It's not magic by any means and you're diet (and cardio if you chose) will be everything. The clen will just give you a small added boost in fat loss.
TY for the replies. I guess it would be a test it out yourself. I've heard Clen is anti catabolic for the first 2 weeks, I know this varies on peoples imputs. Some say they agree some say they don't. I know if you want to run clen longer you should get ketofein. If your a believer in the first 2 weeks of clen being anti catabolic would running it longer then 2 weeks with ketofein still make it anti catabolic?
Also I've read ketofein makes it wear you dont have to dose as high as you normally would. So if you were to do 100 with the ketofein would it be more of a effect then a normal 100 without ketofein>?
wayy too many factors involved man, your question cant be answered in those simple of terms.
im on my 2nd 3 week cycle of clen (1st wk to build the dose, 2nd to maintain high doses, 3rd week to taper back down) and actually in post cycle as well, and i shit you not i have not lost a lb yet. clen with proper diet did incedible things for me, it basically accelerated the shit outta fat loss and brought a very aesthetic shape to my physique and muscles themselves. vascularity shot way up too cause of the dropped bf. but without the good diet and training it wouldnt have been so effective.
the best answer to your question is simply, more. i almost forgot to add, the best part is that i really DIDNT lose any weight my first cycle, but shed body fat like a snake does its skin! meaning my diet and training were so on point that i was still gaining muscle, but the clen had my body using fat stores for energy
i don't know man, clen makes me lose a lot of water weight and keeps me dry... individual results may vary
