Good weight gain from a test cycle?

Right now im on my 5th week in, and im up 17lbs. Taking armidex EOD at .5mg. Diets strictly clean, surplus around 500-700. Each week the scale is going higher and higher. Each week lifts are going up dramatically. I know alot will probably be water weight and fall off after cycle. Just wondering what average weight gain for just test first cycle is for most peeps.

pasta has zero sodium. however, spaghetti sauce has a lot.
I never eat it with sauce. Its my morning meal, just eat it cold with 4 oz chicken breast. Since I eat it a few times a week usually on sunday I make a bath and split it in containers. Dont mind cold plain pasta one bit.
Yeah I relooked and im getting from 5/7 meals 3500 sodium, and 2/7 meals 3000 sodium. My pasta states it has 0 sodium, even myfitnesspal states it has no sodium. My highest sodium is from 2 slices of cheese, at 540 sodium. So I'll probably cut them out. Also im fine with the soy, took it for long time before cycle and never had any side effects. My estrogen isn't bugging me, wood like crazy.
I've looked over my diet, and added the extra stuff I said I added for a 3k diet down to myfitnessapp. For my 3 meal plans they all average around 2950 calories/260-270 protein/300-350 carbs/70-75 fat. And for 2 of the 3 meal plans im getting in 3500 sodium, and one meal plan im getting 3000 sodium. Which average rate of sodium recommended is 2500. And my sugar intake is around 70. I thought I mentioned this, but looking over the replies it looks like I didnt. Before my cycle I was taking in 5 grams creatine, when I switched into cycle I upped to 10grams. That probably counts for a few lbs of water weight increase.

My diet is 3 different meals. I've updated them in the past week, added maybe an extra serving chicken or flax seed meal, egg, something small and yet clean to get up to 3k calories. But here is what I was working with the first week of cycle, then slowly upped to 3k adding something to the meal plans.
1 meal plan
Meal 1- 1 serving soy protein, 2 servings oatmeal, 1 fish oil
Meal 2- 4 oz chicken, 3 cla and 2 fish oil, 1 serving skim milk, 2 servings bran flakes
Meal 3-2 cups broc, 1 slice fat free cheese, 2 servings pinto beans
Meal 4- 1 can of tuna in water, 1 slice fat free cheese, 2 slices Natures Own x2 Fiber bread, 1 serving Whole Wheat Pasta
Meal 5- 4 oz chicken, 2 servings pinto beans
Meal 6- 4 eggs, 1 serving salted peanuts
Meal 7/Casein- ON Casein, 2 servings Flax Seed Meal, 1 serving Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Total- 2680 calories/ 246 protein/ 311 carbs/ 65.5 fat

Meal 1- 1Cla 1 Fish oils, 4oz Chicken, 1 serving oatmeal
Meal 2/Pre- 225 grams Sweet Potato
Meal 3/Post- 2 cups bland cheerios, 1 serving honey, 2 cups skim milk, Whey Shake
Meal 4- 2 servings Brown Rice, 2 cups broccoli, 4 oz chicken breast, 2 fish oils 2 cla
Meal 5- 4oz chicken, 2 slices Natures Own x2 Fiber bread, 2 slices fat free cheese
meal 6- 2 servings oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk
Meal 7- 4 eggs
Meal 8/Casein- 3 servings flax seed meal, casein protein, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
Total-2700/ 236.5 protein/ 325 carbs/ 67 fat
Meal 1-4oz chicken breast, 1 serving whole wheat past
Meal 2/pre- 225 grams sweet potato
Meal 3/Post-2 servings bland cheerios, serving honey, 2 cups skim milk, Whey Protein shake
Meal 4- 4 oz chicken, 2 cups broccoli, 2 slices fat free cheese, 2 servings oatmeal, 2 CLA and 2 Fish
Meal 5- 4oz chicken, 1 serving oatmeal
meal 6- 4oz 93% Lean Beef, 3 eggs
Meal 7/Casein- 1 serving Natty PB, Casein Protein, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
Total-2695/239protein, 285 carbs, 65.5 fats
Macros come out to different, but pretty much every bit of my carb sources have high fiber content. Using my fitnessapp which doesnt apply fiber calories. Im probably intaking 50-75 grams of fiber depending on day.

Don't take me wrong but you deff need calorie surplus to gain but 700 extra calories is a lot IMO, they say 200 calories over maintaince is good, just enough to build but not too much that gets stored as fat, just take it with a grain of salt maybe your lean as a mofo, keeping killing it on cycle bro
RustyhookerMy first i gained 19lbs. Dropped 4lbs water. Bloods at week 6 will let you know estro levels.
Even with bunk adex I dont understand 17 lbs in 5 weeks at 500 a week. Lol thats alot of weight entering your 5th week.
I gained more than that on my first test cycle and in a month
O.o what was your surplus cal and protein/carb/fat?
17 lbs is a bit high from what I usually see at 5 weeks but I retained about 20-24 lbs after my first test cycle .
12 Weeks test e at 500 a week
During cycle I always up my cardio for heart health( BP especially keep an eye on yours) and to keep my water weight down (Sauna suit if you feel like having fun).
I find that making sure you have a good Workout plan / diet post cycle is as if not more important because if you arent smart you will lose tons of what you worked to gain.
