How long after PCT can I start cutting
ad
I have a competition later this year, and I do have quit a bit of BF that im holding onto. With this bulk cycle, I am gaining a tad bit of fat, but the muscle gain is great and very well needed. Im the type of person that can gain muscle and fat easily, and when it comes to cutting I usually slow on cutting fat but never lose muscle. Which im cool with by all means, the fat can be shed later. Anyways after PCT I have like 3 months before my competition, and was wondering how long after PCT can I switch into cutting mode that won't affect the gains I made on cycle. And when I say cutting I mean just the normal non AAS cutting, probably around 500-1k deficit.

WithdrawlMy opinion is to wait a good four weeks into PCT to start cutting. Maybe 3 if you feel you have recovered well enough. 4 weeks is a good amount of time for your test production to get back up to par provided you ran a thorough and proper PCT protocol.
RustyhookerHope a diet guru pops in for food advice. 500-1000.....the 1000 maybe a problem that slows ya down. If body sees too much restriction it turns down metabolism.
Pct is typically the time for jyst recovery and switching workout style to hammer it and recover. 4sets of 12 easy style. Some guys will cycle clen on pct. If you could wait til pct complete....super clean foods....carb manipulate.....2sessions cardio a day. Clen or eca cycle as needed. I personally don't run clen high. 20-25mcg with cup of coffee....6hrs later same. Just enough to rsise temp but not have issues. Carb manipulate...complex carbs but none after 1pm. Second cardio at night Burman off excess cals.. If you get seriously lethargic....yam it up. Reload the carbs day with yams or oats. Then go back to none after 1. Chicken, fish, lean meats and veggies as fillers. Yes--veggies have a tiny bit of carb value...night session cardio fixes that.
Gym...weights burn carbs. Cardio after. No carbs left to burn forces body into fat stores.
