Puking

ad

I forgot how much I hate puking (unless it's workout induced)! I haven't had a stomach bug in a long time and Saturday I came down with an ass kicker! Out of nowhere. I felt a little off. Next thing I know I'm running full speed to the porcelain god! I spent the next 24 hours, every 15 to 20 minutes hugging it. I don't mind the puking, I HATE the dry heeving!!!!!!!!

No protien in 2 days. I couldn't eat anything. I finally was able to handle a shake this morning. My strength is slowly coming back. It's been a challenge to even stay hydrated. I either had food poisoning or a bug. The family went out to dinner the night before. We all ate something different. I was the only one to get sick so far.

The bright side is, I got a killer ab workout with all the dry heeves. LOL

Lol. Talk about doom and gloom. I don't see that happening but thanks. I'll throw you a plus 1 if I'm down 20lbs in 2 weeks. Sorry that happened to you though that sucks. For real. I know a dude same thing happened couldn't eat for a while turned out to be colitis I think.

I always thought food poisoning happened shortly after but learned that's it always the case. I'm still not right from it on the back end of things...if you know what I mean lol

Gonna start drinking some coconut water. Soon. I finally just got some hunger pains and a craving for pizza so I'm gonna go for it. I need solid food before I wilt away

hey.. I threw up about 3 weeks ago. When i was driving the car no less. I barfed at least a 1/2 dozen times
over the course of about 30 mins.. BUT.. the kicker is .. once you get it over.. you body feels SOOOO much
better.. I dont think it was a bug.. it was just too much food or something.. and up it came.. but WOW !!!.

my body felt better.. my whole system felt better. I came home..got cleaned up.. took an hour nap,
made my self something to eat..watched some tv.. took a shower.. and I was back to normal..
Sometimes,, way down inside of your intestinal track, i think we build up bacteria,, and sometimes,
it need to come up and get out of our systems.. at least thats the way it felt to me.

Absolutely on the Electrolytes.. thats what I using now.. Gatorade.. alot.!!!!!

Make sure your replace the electrolytes that you have lost first. That will help restore your system and appetite.
