high dose var and cramping/pumps, remedies?

ad

I plan on including var @100mg on my next cycle. I go hiking once a week, usually around five miles of steep intense trail. Ive read the pumps/cramping at this dose are pretty intense. Do you guys think ill have any problems completing my weekly hike? What have you used to help keep cramping and or pumps at bay?

So far ive come across taurine, zma, potassium, water.

For me, no matter what I took to remedy, it did not help much. Lower back pumps were so bad that I could barely walk. I had to lower my dose to remedy the problem.

What's your experience with var? I'm assuming you've never ran a dose of 100, given your statements.

I ran it once at 50mg a few years back, a member on another board has me convinced that 100mg will give me similar results to a low dose of tren. Now some may say just take tren but me and tren do NOT mix.

I was getting bad calf cramps when running. I cut back from 70-80 range to 40ed and that took care of it. And actually, that might be a good effective dosage for me at my current weight (170.)
