+ 1 Better breakfast with burritos
Sick of oatmeal every morning ? Want something substantial but easy ? Try this they are damn good
Breakfast burritos makes 4
Approximate nutrition count per burrito 568 cal 29g protien 40g carb
6 ex lg or jumbo eggs and 2 additional yolks
1/3 cup milk
Fresh ground black pepper.
1/2 onion finely diced
1/2 jalepeno pepper finely diced
pack of 8 breakfast sausages
large flour tortillas
1/2 tablespoon butter
Warm up two large non stick frying pans , you will use one to cook the sausage, and then the eggs. The other for heating up the tortillas.
Whisk the eggs until they are well beaten. Grind in black pepper to your liking
Cook the sausages then cut up in to small pieces and set aside
In your skillet over medium heat , 1/2 tblspn butter and brown the onion . When you think the onion is finished add the jalepeno. Give that just a minute to cook and then pour your whisked eggs in. Stir those eggs frequently, when they are just about done stir in the chopped sausage and remove from the heat and keep covered so they stay warm.
Put just a sliver of butter in the warm pan and heat the tortillas up on both sides. I actually like the tortillas when one side gets slightly crisped.
Thats it, eggs in the tortilla, wrap up and enjoy .
Another version I add chopped cilantro to the eggs.
Also feel free to substitute any meat . I will use up left over steak this way.
One warning however the sodium is often quite high in tortillas ,plus you'll get a bit from the sausage too . So watch the sodium intake for the rest of the day.

Back off jailhouse and too the real recipe, just a suggestion I make a very similar recipe I just use the breakfast sausage they make for paties , just cook it like taco meat and mix it in with the rest of the ingrediants. They also make a spice one that's hella good!
waltrlol we got sweaty meat for breakfast, no sausage =(
AnonYou guys are too damn funny. Here I thought I was posting a good idea for a breakfast, and its really turned all jailhouse cuisine
waltryou just reminded me of the burritos i used to eat when i was locked up.
which are actually good as shit/
2 pkgs dry chili mix
4 ramen noodles (preferably the spicy varieties)
2 whole summer sausages
1 tub nacho cheese spread
20 individual sugar packets
1 small container salsa
8 large flour tortillas
soak chili mix in hot water and leave covered until water is absorbed
break noodles into fragments and add seasoning packages and repeat chili cooking method
rip summer sausages into small pieces and microwave for 1 minute (until crisp)
throw all ingredients into a bowl and stir
open cheese container and put into a bowl
add sugar packets and salsa container
microwave for 1 minute or until simmering
place chili/noodle/sausage mixture in 8 tortillas and pour cheese mixture overtop
roll burritos up and pour remaining cheese over them or use it as a dipping sauce
for extra flavor bbq fritos or cheetos can be crumbled to powder consistency and placed inside burritos or on top.
calories for all 8 burritos: somewhere in the 10,000 range.
protein: somewhere around 400-500
fat: ALOT
carbs: 400-500
sodium: enough to induce a heart attack instantaneously
if you don't grow eating my special burritos it is physically impossible for you to grow and you should give up.
safetyfirst21lol, I still occasionally make spreads.
2 crushed ramen noodle packets with 3/4 of one of the season packets, 3-4 sheets deli turkey meat sliced small, 1 egg + 1 egg white, whisked (just started this part). Mix it all up. Add 8-10oz hot water. Let sit in container, ziplock bag works best. Add 2 handfuls of crushed hot cheetos when all the water is absorbed. I don't want to even think about the macro content.
this is awesome and i just laughed hysterically out loud.... great recipe bruh......guess being locked up is the same everywhere,,,,,i relate
waltryea buddy comissary a delight right there
Lol!!!! They call that a brick where Im from. They were good. Ive made them on the streets too... in the spirit of comraderie for the still behind walls...
hahaha. it doesnt taste nearly as good on the streets though.
AnonHAHAH LMFAO I love your rating on sodium thats great !!!!
waltri'm serious me and my celly would both eat half of the mixture as our 4th meal every day, like 8 o'clock and night before we had lockdown ;P
we didn't have the tortillas all the time so it was usually just the mixture without them
it's good stuff though actually i kinda developed a taste for it
the sugar in the cheese sauce is the secret ingredient though, without that it's just garbage
