According to my calculations I dropped 23 pounds of fat and gained 13 pounds of muscle to finish 10 pounds lighter than my starting weight with 5 inches missing off my waist. I added size to every muscle in my body with my back really starting to develop. My legs have always lagged but they I am pretty happy with how they are coming along, even if the pics didn't pick up the changes real well. Regardless of how I end up I am super happy with my results and want to thank all those that encouraged me along the way and a special thanks to @MegaT883 for the guidance and Finafan for the kick in the ass when I needed it. I look better and I feel better, and to all the fierce competition out there........thanks for the motivation. It has been a journey and I'm proud to say I did it.

angusThank you, and apparently I didn't want it as badly as someone else did but I'm ok with that.
I did use tren for the recomp, and I started out with 875mg/wk of tren A but cut it back to 700/wk by the end. Too much Tren for me and it raised my BP to an unhealthy level. 700 was a good level for me.

angusThank you brother. I never work shoulders, if I did I wouldn't be very symmetrical as they grow so easily. Can't remember the last shoulder routine I did. No biceps and no shoulders. But that is the goal......commence with the YACKING, lol.
