+ 1 tips for researching on the site

ad

This site has a lot of information on how too diet, train and supplement yourself for maximum performance, especially for a beginner like myself. The amount of information can be overwhelming so I wanted to share what helped me sift through it all.

The best first step is to use the search feature at the top of the page; this will help you pinpoint information on a specific question or topic of interest. For example, if your goal is too loose some weight type in weight loss diet and you will get tons of forum topics about that particular subject. Read through the posts and you will get a good idea on what has worked for different people and be able to tailor it too fit your needs. The search feature is also helpful if you do not know all the acronyms that you will come across.

What also helped me was reading the responses in the forum topics. You will get an idea of who has the most knowledge in that subject. Once you have that, look up the profile of that person and read the forum topics they have started and if you have a question shoot them a friend request. I found that doing this gives you a solid foundation of individuals that excel in different areas. Hope this helps some of the new members like myself

Maybe you should take it a step further and make a post that gives a break down of AAS lingo and acronyms. List them all. Or edit this to include them. It would be extremely helpful. I simply don't have time.
