Well my last 2 cycles i have used deca and test e. I like it. Im thinking of adding d bol to the next cycle how much should i take and how long? Test300 and deca 300 each pin twice a week. Yes im a newbie i wanna get this cycle right.

Ok. Hit the kitchen more. But i think where i lost it was in the post. I did nothing for post but some test from bpi. But is deca good wit test e or i was thinking eq instead.when i do cycle i eat boiled chicken and brocilli for lunch and dinner. Shakes in between. 6 eggs in the morning. Tuna packs for snacks. Is dat not enuff. Not to mention i work 4 days a week no less then 14 hrs a day.
You have to keep track of your protein, carbs, fat and cals. Check out the diet section bro lots of good info there. I hear ya on the work hrs though. And as the man said below research the compounds so you know what will fit your goals.
If you really wanna get more advanced, take the time to understand the conpounds you're already familiar with, learn how to control sides at any given dose, and learn how to kick with shorts and run long esters for the duration.
What I have become find of doing is running test at just above trt to supplement t what's lost they suppression and let the other compounds do all the work. This makes for a much more productive cycle by reducing the binding of enzymes and shbg with the excessive test.
EQ is a great place to do this. You can control the gains by tweaking the test dose. The higher the test, the greater the size gains. The lower the test, the better the cut. You can run bold cyp over a true eq and get a kick quicker and spend more time at a constant active level.
There's so many ways to tweak things for the goals or individual. The key is to keep it balanced and still productive.
Exactly learn your compounds from front to back.He needs to eat more before he keeps adding anything to his cycles. His diet has to be bad. Below I said I was @ 150 and added 20lbs of muscle with eating 4500 clean cals a day all natty. You have a great point about the test. But before he adds anything he needs to take a hard long look at his diet he can't possibly be eating enough.
I'm not seeing anything in his description above that suggests anything about lack of gains or diet...

Your weight isn't high enough. You could gain a lot more naturally. As a matter of fact, you should get blood work to check your prolactin as well as your Estradiol values... Did you take any PCT and/or a form of dopamine agonist? I.e. Pramipexole, Cabergoline, etc..
Deca on your first cycle? Test only for your first cycle bro. Then add prop. Then maybe an oral to your next. Rusty def knows what he's talking about. More isn't always better. Get a few more cycles under your belt before you go crazy. Make sure you know all the aas effects along with sides.if you wanna hit 185 you have to eat more 4500-5000 clean cals a day. First look at your diet then go from there. I was 150lbs and with a good diet and hard work at the gym .I gained 20lbs all natty. 90% of the battle is won in the kitchen. Ask around most of these guys live in the kitchen preparing meals. You wanna be big you gotta eat like a big guy.
plus 1 well put. i too was around 160lb, then strtd training hard (had to learn first hahah) and eatng right, and by right i mean big (had to learn how to do this 1st too, still learning honestly) and gained 53 lbs over 2 years all natty. food is the foundation of everything, not the gear

ah fuck tell me about it man!! i wouldnt commit to running a bulking cycle this winter (test, deca, dbol) until i knew for sure i could cut like i wanted to hahaha. i definitly can but yes, it definitly does suck! my diet consists mainly of boiled eggs, tuna, oatmeal, chicken breast, and vegetables. i say mainly because realistically, im not in contest prep or anything like that and am okay with going to jimmy johns or eatng a fat ass slice if pizza every now and then. everythng unhealthy in moderation, and even when i do eat garbage i also help justify it to myself by not ever eating till im full. either way ive cut 15 lbs and lost very little strength over the last 2 months, so i know im doin something right!
So im good on the cycle just eat and more research. Eat cleanly
Although I agree with you, it's kinda like beating a dead horse with the deca thing. He's already ran it and should be somewhat familiar with how he reacts. Now the key is making sure he understands the compound and running it properly.

Lmao, sorry bro I have been dealing with Zewi and Cd they beat into me about Test only for the first cycle. I agree 100% about learning the compounds. I researched my ass off for six hrs a night looking at each compound. You def know way more than I do about this stuff. I'm still learning from you guys.
i agree with that 100% my man. only reason i didn't bring that arguement to the table is because i see a newb that has already dove into it. although there are exceptions, most will resist the attempt at changing that mentality. i hope to instill enough wisdom into these so that they can at least do it safely. i def don't advocate multiple compounds off the bat.
