"Pain & Gain" 3000cal protein shake

So I recently watched the above mentioned silly movie. Call me crazy but I enjoyed it. It hit all the stupid gym/meathead cliches as well as some silly antics gyms pull to get new members. "Join now and get a free wax", "strippers lift for free" etc. It was pretty funny throughout and the rock's acting stood out playing a bbuilder jesus freak. Funny stuff.

In the movie Marky mark and the rock make what they call a 3000cal protein shake. Which had chocolate powder and raw eggs. I used to be a fan of raw eggs, but it's been years since I did it (salmonella concerns)

Obviously I'd rather eat whole food meals, but it got me thinking, what would you put in your perfect 3000 cal protein shake?

Banana, oatmeal, prot powder, milk, almond butter, bcaa...

Does anyone remember that old Mega Mass 2000? That came in a 5lb bag and the "single serving" size scoop was the size of a kids sand shovel that they would take to the beach. Once you got that amount of powder in the blender, you barely had room for water in there.

Another one I have seen (but not used) was the Russian Explosion (or something like that) Big ass jug that only contained 5 servings and they recommend you did one serving per day for something like 5000 calories each. Thing is the label required you to use 1 GALLON of whole milk to make it. I wish I could see the before and after results of someone that did this daily for 30 days.

that's not very nice to be so rough on your digestive system lol. I can only imagine the bloating, stomach ache, gas... etc

Quick oats, whey, low fat ice cream, dianabol, bananas, a bit of peanut butter, low fat cottage cheese, skim milk.
Dem delicious carbs, dat protein. :O I wish i wasn't cutting right now.....

CARMEL!!!! Ok perhaps not but dayyyyyyyuuum sounds good! Almond butter fo shoooo..coa coa...banana...yogurt...protein powder.. toffee?? Ohh hell ....can u tell i am jonesin for off diet food yet?? 19 days!! And watch out yuuummm...

eggs are low in calories so idk how that would be possible unless its like 20 eggs.. thats 2000cals... but yeah peanut butter would be a must when making a high calorie shake
