Srs Keto Help
Haven't been on gear in almost 8 months, had a knee surgery (PCL). This was my 5th knee op and Im only 24. Anyway I gained a lot of weight not being able to move much. I used to be 11% at 225 and now I am 18% at 256. I'm such a fat fuck and I need some help here.
I did keto one time when in college but I don't think im getting the best of it. I tried running this a month ago and got no where so I stopped but clen from mp isn't working, and cardio 30-40 mins per day isn't changing much.
When I last ran keto, it took me like 6 days to get into keto (according to test strips) then my PWO shake would throw me out for another whole day. I don't want to lose my muscle but everyone keeps having sick success with Keto.
My diet was as follows on keto:
630am Protein Shake- 40g pro, 5g carb (2 sugar)
9am 6 eggs w cheese, 6 strips of bacon
1130 salad w olive oil, cheese and bacon
130 2 chicken breasts grilled with cheese and whole avacado
330 protein shake 44g, 2g carbs
545 PWO shake (afterglow 20g pro, 32g dextrose) **** only taken on chest, back and leg days****
730 2 chicken breasts w cheese and olive oil
945 2tbl peanut butter, Pro shake 20 g 1 g carb
For supps, I do eca, or atleast I think I am. I take Primatene tabs with 200mg caff but I dont feel shit.
Bottom line is my lifts lose weight because no carbs but Im not losing any fat. I lift heavy and at a fast pace along with plenty of cardio but I am feeling depressed about this shit.
Can anyone tell me if I am missing anything? I know I should be at 1.5 g pro per lbs but I cannot consume anymore food or ill blow but I cant seem to drop ANYTHING. Is my eca fucked up? I need help bros

Are you still keeping a good calorie deficit?
Take a while off the stims to lower your tolerance, look into "fried CNS" and see if you relate to it.
2 table spoons of peanut butter definitely has some carbs in it last time i checked...
but i don't know man, your calories might be too high... just a thought

waltrephendrine just gives you energy, i did a keto diet a couple years back and it worked wonders for me. i did lose some muscle/strength but that was a sacrifice i had to make to get rid of the fat. my advice would be to stick it out with the diet for a couple months and see what happens
for reference the clen from MP is too fucking strong for me, I have a sales job and I shake like fucking hell to the point I want to puke. Oxy doesnt work anymore, HD by cellucor doesnt do shit and I am fairly sure i am immune to caff so i dont feel anything from ECA
