Fatloss help

6'5 currently 217 at about 11% from 242 3 months ago, always been skinny fat but tried bulking but gained alot of bf but still ate healthy. I would say im currently athletic shape as most would say...but my stomach is skinny fat for sure. I worry if i keep losing weight ill just be skinny and not define...I workout atleast 5 days a week, very intense and do sprints after every workout, I feel i can make significant gains in muscle definition and fat loss, i feel like i am just getting "skinny" overall. Ill post my diet for you, I really desire to have a physique competitors body, so with any help i would love it.

You don't really eat any vegetables or fruits besides the pineapple and potatoes and your diet is mostly dairy.

Maybe they were thinking red meat like steak.. Some refer to chicken as poultry..02
