Contemplating a first cycle.....someone beat some sense into me...or advise me.

Hey bro's, need some advice right about now. Some days i wake up and think to myself "dam i need to run a cycle, those gainzzzzzzzz" some days i wake up thinking "nah i'll wait a bit longer, don't want to screw up my HTPA" so i ask you all brothern lol for some advice.

There's so much controversy about the "proper" age to start AAS, i would like to run a cycle (who wouldn't right?) but i'm scared shitless that my HTPA will be fxcked up in my 30's. Thinking about 1 run then i'll wait about 2-3 years for a good recovery until i start another cycle. Here's how it would look.

Test E- Week 1-12 @500mg pinning on Monday and Thursday 250mg spread.
OCT- Aromasin starting @week 3, 12.5mg EOD (continued until the end of week 18)
PCT- Nolva 20mg ED, Clomid 100mg ED (starting on week 15)
On week 17 i'll drop the Nolva to 10mg ED and the clomid to 50mg ED until the end of week 18

Diet consisting of at LEAST 2.5g of protein per lb
Will be very clean, 3250-3750 Calories

Age: 22 (only a couple of months away from 23)
Height: 5'8"
Been lifting for 3 years(on and off, only serious about the past 10 months. Mostly strength not hypertrophy, but i want to switch that up now)
Weight: 160lbs
BF:11-13%

You have gotten some solid advice here, and based on the cycle you contemplated, you seem smart enough to listen. The only thing I might add is to pony up $50 and get a baseline test run to see where your natural test levels are. At your age, you will likely find that they are at the high end, further underscoring the gains that are still possible in a natural state.

Congratulations on being mature and open minded about aas. A lot of guys your age are thick headed and wont ask for or take advice. With the help of all the dudes here youll make good natty gains and when alls said nd done you may not even need to run a cycle to reach your goals. Good luck bro, keep workin hard!

Don't go home. Stick around and learn why it isn't a good idea to jump on this wagon so early. I will list a few things to get you started.
The law of diminishing returns: This is a law used in economics that basically proves that where there is a balanced ratio of input and output (the amount of money or labor it takes to accomplish a certain amount of product to be sold), there becomes a time when more and more resources are need to achieve the same end result. Simply stated; you will gain muscle on a cycle there is no doubt about it. But you will not gain all that you can without being as peaked naturally as possible. This is relevant because at 22 your body is already making so much natural test that you could make outstanding gains simply by mastering yourself, your diet and your lifting routine. I promise that if you did a cycle now you may gain 7-8 pounds lean muscle but 10 lbs of fat and water. Without having your diet in check and cardio in place you will also get the negative sides as well. On the other hand if you waited about 2 years while learning how to manipulate your body naturally with diet and lifting (bulking and cutting), you will gain 15-20 lbs of lean mass when you are at your best shape.

Now the beauty of this scenario is that you used your own bodies natural production to it's fullest before you started messing with your HTPA. Every one who messes with this too early and at any point for that matter risks becoming a TRT patient for life. Is that a risk you are willing to take at 22? Think about kids and your natural hormone system. Now the question you ask is what does this have to do with The Law of Diminishing Returns? The longer you are on steroids the more you have to take later in life to achieve the same results. Just ask any of the vets or pros on here. The longer and harder your cycles are the harder it shuts your systems down and even other factors such as depression, gyno, fat gain and loss of libido just to name a few.

I propose the following to you; Why don't you post your diet, daily schedule, work out routine, goals and desired outcomes and WE as a community will show you how you can achieve your goals naturally so that when you are ready, you will have a 100% success rate instead of a dangerous, haphazard experience that will diminish your gains 4 months after you made them. You can even send your routine and diet to me personally and I will critique it. As long as you give me your word you will do your due diligence and learn all you can and stay away from the juice for a couple years.

Actually like 30yrs old is good; 35+ is ideal!

I had someone shoot me with pharma test prop Ed for 60 days when I was 20yrs old with dbol the first 30 and SuperDrol the last thirty, with a weird 14day Nolva pct INBETWEEN the two 30 day periods
That was my first experience!
This dude also shot deca only at random ass times; nice guy and all but an idiot about AAS; but I didn't know any better!

Told me I would be fine; lucky I was!
I got back into AAS at 25 because I needed to fight wasting disease! So unless you have a solid "reason" then hold off like you said!

I saw "Beat some sense into me" and started to comment without even reading. I need to beat something or someone today! But your post, seriously, just forget about it! Don't even bother bro. You need to get your ass in the gym and stay there for a while. You say you've been training "seriously" for 3 years but really only the last 10 months. (Sigh) , you don't need to be running cycles right now. You're a puppy and you are nowhere near natural potential. If you were an athlete or something and used gear for your training i'd give you different advice, but this is just wrong. I'm not trying to be a dick but just keep the healthy fear of shutting down the HTPA. If you want to make the most of your cycles and do it the right way, the healthy way,...then stay away for now. Go hard naturally. If you can't then this isn't for you. Best advice I got. My brain is fried today

Hey man I'm around the same age as you and jumped right in it with similar stats for my height. It's honestly nothing special if you don't have the discipline to make serious progress in ten months, your not gonna keep what you get from steroids your first cycle anyway. I didn't keep my first cycle gains, fucked around and didn't keep my second, so on and so forth and now I'm on what is probably cycle number 7 and still don't have anything to brag about, if I did I'd have a pic up because all I am is slightly above average with bacne. Make the right choice and save your money, it gets addicting and impossible to stop once you start despite what people say.

.....seriously, u been only seriously training for 10 month now, ur only 160lbs.. i say u get up to 190lbs natural then give this a try

To be honest i don't think i'll want to be any higher than 190lbs(Maybe 200) in total(lean). Especially for my height. But thanks for your input man.
