Im 2 weeks on 2 off and right now come monday ill be half way through my tooks weeks off. Can i take Benadyrl instead of this 2 weeks off? I've read SO MANY controversies about that
Wardi77That would be a choice you would have to make, but I must say that I highly recommend sticking to your 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. They say clen loses it effectiveness after 2 weeks, hence the protocol. I do not advise you to extend it any longer than 2 weeks, unnecessary stress to your organs/body. Good luck
Buildbigger86Ward, thank you for posting this. Clen worries me with the younger less experienced users who dont understand what it really does to your body if incorrectly dosed. They just look at like it is a great fat burner but at what cost?
This is will be great to show newbs who want to rush into clen and now i can show an actual scientific study. Rather then me just telling them the sides and the prob in their head is like this guy doesnt know shit lol. They are thinking like who is this my cousin said clen is like nothing, this guy must not know what he is doing. But now i can show them this and say hey dumby now do you believe me.

very nice read, Iv always followed the 2on 2 off protocol, but the article states otherwise... I usually do like 2 on 6 off and repeat... I like clen because I can reset my caffeine tolerance.
