+ 1 Started my Cycle just had some new questions
I just got done going an all natural leaning out period from the beginning of January to the end of April. The photos I've posted with this where all taking on 5/3. I'm not where I had hoped to be but I've come along damn way ( the front shot was taken in late December 12'). And I've just started my first bulking cycle. My first pin was Sat. 5/4/13. I'm really looking to put on quality mass for this cycle. I've done quite a bit of research and askied alot of questions the past few months and I decided to run a Test only cycle to see how my body reacts to the compound. My diet in my opinion is dialed in well. I weigh all of my food out. Right now I'm at right around 3400 calories a day. And just as a side note, if you've never weighed your meals out your probably selling yourself short. I cannot stress how well it's helped me. It really shows you how much you need to be eating. 3400 calories a day is a lot of fucking food, especially when it's clean. All these people who say there taking in 5 and 6K a day but there not weighing it out, would be really surprised what there intake really is.
please take a look at my set up. My questions and ideas are as follows. 1st off , if everything glues well during the first 3/4 of the cycle and my body is responding well to the compounds, then I wanted to finish It off with 4-5 weeks of T-Bol. Now before you write it, I realize your going to say 1st cycle run test only to see how you react, it's a marathon not a race..... But that's why I want to put it in at the end and not the beginning, to make sure my body is responding as it should then i will pull the trigger. And if I decide to implement this, how long should I run it and how much to you recommend for my first time? Also I have aridex 1mg x 30 tabs and exemestane 25mg x 30ml suspension. I wanted to know how I should run this, as in which to run OCT and which to run PCT? Also if I do add TBol do I need to add and other pct like HCG?
So as of right now the cycle layout listed is what I'm set up with to run. Please let me know how and when to implement the T-bol to get the most out of it. unless someone has an extremely justifiable reason as to why I shouldn't run it. Just one other thing, I'm looking for good advice and shared experience. If you want to be a dick save that shit,for someone else's post please and thank you. I try to respect everyone's views and opinions on here and I would hope the same from you

drop the adex before pct and switch to aromasin for your pct and dose it at 6.25mg-12.5mg rite untill week 4 of pct.adex is no good for pct
don't run the hcg untill you know your body more while taken compounds live and learn.
if this is your 2nd cycle plan you could run tbol 50mg daily first 4-8 week 6 week should be ok
make sure you use liver support,milk thistle,liv 52,alpha lipoic acid,glass of cranberry juice,green tea,loads of water
apple cider vinegar twice per day midday and night for bp issues
Hcg need 3*5000iu
and next time if you have a start your cycle use 500iu Hcg/week this keep your lh levels

waltri weigh all my food out and eat 4,000 calories a day (i weigh 199lbs, up from 189 before i started the cycle) and have hit a brick wall, i'm not gaining any more weight. 3400 isn't a whole lot ;P
i use a-dex .20mg EOD (liquid form), if your gonna use exemastane i would start out at 6.25ed and see how you react and if you experience estrogen sides (bloating/acne) i would up the dosage.
I'm doing my first run with sus at 500mg a week and I've thought about adding an oral but to be honest I really don't need it, I'm getting good results with just the test, all my lifts are up, my pumps are good during my workouts, obviously my body is using the fuck out of the food i'm eating since I'm not gaining anymore weight at 4k calories a day, i'm actually losing bodyfat and getting bigger at the same time. It's your choice on what to do, I would recommend running the gear for a while and re-evaluating how you feel later on with regards to the tbol.

AnonHey bud just out of curiosity this is my first week on the cycle and my first week upping my calories for bulking after a long lean out and I feel bloated all day does that pass eventually? My macros are right around 40/40/20 and that's only had @3400 cal.
I am in the same boat as you right now but I only increased from 2200 cal to 3100 cal for the first week. I plan to hold at 3100 cal for another week then add 250 cal a week until I hit 4000 cal or start to look sloppy in the mirror.
I feel bloated all the time as well and I just started my second week of cycle.
you should slowly increase the calories, not jump right in. you will gain more fat if you try stuffing your face right out of the gate.
waltrif you're bulking i wouldn't worry about it, your body is probably just adjusting to the increased food intake. the stomach is only so big and when you cram more into it than it is used to it's gonna have to expand to create extra room.
i'm guessing that's what you mean by bloated?
or are you getting puffy in the face/neck? or generally all over?
if you're getting puffy around other parts of the body i'd start taking the AI, but i don't know that test e will cause anything like that this fast unless your body is really susceptible to estrogen
i'm eating at 40/40/20 too and like i said above i have completely stopped gaining weight at 4k calories a day, so when you get to that point you're gonna have to decide what you want to do. In my case i could add another 1000 calories every day and i'd probably start gaining weight again, but i don't know that i really wanna eat another 1000 calories every day. my body is getting bigger and i'm leaning out a little bit (i'd need to drop my calories to really lean out more dramatically) but i think i'm comfortable with how my body is reacting with what i'm giving it right now.
everything is really about diet, go to the gym, put in the work, enjoy it and figure out what it's gonna take your body to get where you want it to be, it's all trial and error because everyone is different, but once you figure out what your body needs it's just keeping it happy till you reach the goal
