sgtstedankoAny of those programs/routines will work. As long as you bring the intensity. What are your goals?

Thanks for the link, i'll be sure to check it out. And my goals are to be as aesthetic as possible, that dream physique that everyone's looking for. But i'm sure it's genetics that'll play that roll. Just curious as to if different programs yield different 'physique types' as bodybuilding.com allows you to 'choose' the physique you want and gives you a program suited for such desires lol.
sgtstedankoPlease do. & Let me know what you think. There will be something in there for you. Dream physique? Imho, Everybody going after something different, bubba. Take me, for instance. After a good solid cut cycle, I have guys & Grrls actually saying "jesus Christ, when I take my shirt off to jump in the pool. But, I'd never win, or probably even place on stage... As far as picking your physique. Personally, I'd just train old school types of lifts, & lots of body-weight exercises to start & finish muscles off. Then attack weak spots. If you don't already own Arnold's new bible of bodybuilding. I'd suggest you Buy it.
Chaz32621Ha! I just ordered it I remeber back in my high school days a friend of mine would carry that book around every where, if I could be half of where he is now. I would carred that around when I was 1.
sgtstedankoThe new updated "bible" one, is 10 times better than the old 80s one I had. & that says something, right there. Cause the old one rocked : )
Enjoy it
Thanks for the TONNN of info man, i'm pretty sure there's alottttt for me in there. Just downloaded the bible of bodybuilding ebook too.
