Move from Cycle to Blast/Cruise

Hey guys, just wanted to get some thoughts on this from the experienced guys.
I'm in my 5th week right now of Test E, and I'm not exactly feeling like I'm getting any obvious gains at this point. No worries though, I'll continue to work hard and eat well.
However long term I'm beginning to consider instead of cycling to move over to a blast and cruise type approach. Were that something I was to consider, what do you think would be an appropriate cruising dosage, and what if any ancillaries would you continue to use?

This whole concept of "cruising" is getting out of control! For a very large majority of individuals wanting to take this approach I really don't understand the reasoning behind it. I think most people are really misinterpreting the concept and think "hey I can just stay on the gear and I'll keep making gains" or wanting to jump into so many cycles so quickly thinking the more the better. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! TRT and HRT patients are not "cruising" they need replacement testosterone because medically they have issues in which their body is not producing a stable amount for healthy living and functionality. For a healthy individual wanting to become a HRT patient for the rest of their life is absurd as cutting off a perfectly fine limb saying "oh I don't need that it's not that important". Endocrinologists get paid a lot of money because these hormones play a very functional role in how your body functions and when things go wrong can really jeopardize not only a variety of stuff in your body but the way you function for the rest of your life! The body is very adaptable and taking higher and higher dosages of hormones will only damage you more internally and cause the body to not have the same effect with muscle growth. Taking time for PCT and off time is a recovery method for the body to become stabilized back in the normal parameters it was before cycling. Once you have cleared your receptors and taken this time off once you cycle again your body is hit with these potent hormones and it's much more responsive to these compounds producing much more of a productive cycle and growth during the cycle and overall in the long run! It's just like in the gym when we workout if we stick to the same routine over and over your body becomes used to this routine and you don't get the same development but when you change sets/reps/angles or exercises the muscles are hit with a new movement and you will get more development. You consistently need to change the way approach exercises is the same with using AAS because your body will get used to the hormones this is why when we add a different compound it elicits a new effect since the body hasn't been introduced to the compound. But if you constantly barrage the body with the same stuff it won't give you the same effect especially in such a short period between cycles then are you getting your moneys worth? No. But take the time and break between the cycles let your body recovery then bam once it's hit with that compound again it will produce what it once did. The best motto which has been mentioned over and over is "this is a marathon not a sprint". I don't really mean to dig into you personally because I don't know your background or rational behind wanting to take this approach but this has more to do with all the stuff I have read time and time again about so many people hearing about blast and cruise and thinking this is a great idea because it's not!

Interesting read, your overall argument while interesting is I'm assuming just a general rant against the idea of blast/cruising?
I only mention it now, and bring it up now in the forums because this may well one day be a path I take. Like anything else, I want to build some sort of information on the topic. The reason I am even to consider this is that eventually my goals may well take me into TRT waters one day.
As far as the conjecture referencing clearing receptor sites, I'd love to see some data on that. The fact remains that that is a blatant over simplification and one I'd argue might even be irrelevant when it comes to introducing exogenous androgens. Test upregulates AR expression, so you get more receptor sites in the muscle tissue - also increases the amount of receptor sites for Test to bind too. It's also been shown that AR expression is more likely to occur in the Yoke of males, and less in muscle tissue in the lower extremities, and yet despite this your lower body muscles will still see more growth when you are using AAS. So that then brings up a somewhat uncomfortable fact, that AAS act in other ways then just binding to AR's to increase MPS. Not stating here that you cannot suffer from diminishing returns from prolonged and large quantities of AAS, just saying that there is data out there to suggest that the body has ways of making use of increased amounts - and that our understanding of how to establish optimal dosing protocols can be flawed.
As far as giving your body rest periods, well that is a matter of protocol. On cycle, you are shutting down natty test production anyways, so cruising at TRT is no different then going back to natty test levels - with the exception that you control it. I'm not arguing for anything, just pointing that out.
All in all I think you make a valid point when you use the amputation analogy, there is no point in skipping ahead to a more drastic solution unnecessarily. I just feel in the long term it may well be more cost-efficient when you factor in cost of appropriate PCT ancillaries, testing, etc all to get Natty test production to pre-AAS levels. The idea that you can do that indefinitely is naive, as men surely in large numbers suffer from low-T, and often with no clear explanation how. Hence it may well happen to you while you are cycling and throw a fuck in all the careful planning and considerations you have made, you may even potentially blame your AAS use on low-T.
I can see clearly that to someone who is recreationally using AAS to just look better, or be bigger, or lift more in the gym, that blasting/cruising would be downright irresponsible and potentially dangerous. But then, so is using AAS in the first place to someone who fits into that category.
Im the same age as you, before I ever cycled I had very low T, Im a candidate for trt, I would literally just have to go pick up my prescription and that would be that, id be "blasting and cruising" for the rest of my life.
I plan to postpone this inevitable situation as long as possible. One reason is I want to father my own children, I also feel better gains are made at this age by cycling, doing a solid pct then recoverring and hopping back on with fresh receptors. Cruising is also not just as easy as two shots a week, its endless bloodwork, dialing in your AI and sometimes even hcg.
The hought of comig off is never a good feeling but I really think it is in your best interest.

SpyVStats in my bio are pretty recent. The idea behind the cruising is based on goals, I just don't see myself only doing a couple of cycles over the years, but plans or many. Long term consideration may well not only be cheaper to exogenously control Test levels from now on, but may way end up being unavoidable anyways.
Bro your 28 years old you must be out of your mind if your contemplating staying on for good. Never mind your goals what about your health? Who said you can't grow when cycling on and off? Most of my gains were acquired when I was in and off.

ALL my previous gains were made cycling and perfecting nutrition for either bulking/recomps/maintenance/cutting etc etc etc..... without this hard grounding in the basics for year after year NO blast/cruise protocol would work due to ignorance and total lack of knowledge..... ALL these guys want to be massive without putting the work in, it pisses me off so much its untrue.
